If you're looking for a great hotel with lots of food choices and a decent beach, this is it. Overall this is a solid 4 star, great for the kids and it even has a swim up bar for the adults.
We were at this hotel during Hurricane Irma. Despite all the negative reviews for this time I would like to put the record straight... The Hotel Manager staff and our rep Sylvia could not do enough for us. We were very well looled after and well informed in advance of any situatuon about to occur. The well being and safety of all the guests were top priority!! We never felt in danger at any time and we were always in contact with the members of staff who could not to do enough for us. I would highly reccomend this Hotel to everyone and we are looking forward to our return visit.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic. Even when Hurricane Irma touch us, everything was under control and supervised, maintaining all the time the security of the guests. It is important to point out that the attention of all the staff is top notch. We feel safe and protected all the time. The staff were amazing and my holidays unforgettable
This hotel is ok in visual but the hotel is not clean the rooms are dirty and the air conditioning in all rooms constantly leaking when you report anything to the staff all you get from them is ok no problem change rooms , the main pool is always dirty and smells , every single staff always ask's for tips and the comments you get from them is "Can I have some money because I haven't made enough trips today " specially from the beach bar . But that's that , the food is not that good specially the ela carte restaurants they want to take the plate from you like they are in a hurry you haven't even finished your food and the plate is of the table the beach is not clean and the beds are broken no one cleans the beach at all , also there is no entertainment on the beach at all . When you ask the reception for something they tell you one thing and mean another The biggest concern about this hotel is that you are always asked for tips from every single staff for everything you can't move with out getting asked for tips but any way I can say the management lies and can not be trusted about everything and they are rude they tell you anything just to make you go way . Please don't visit this hotel as it's not 4star I can strongly say it's like 2-3 star Because of the staff ,management and the rooms and the cleanest of the rooms there is lots of hotels in the Dominican Republic that can be visited but not this one I am sorry but this is the truth
Fantastic hotel brilliant staff having an amazing time. The hotel location has the beach.2 good pool areas,Hotel is clean and tidy.Restaurant is clean food is excellent.Entertainment fantastic.Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis clean towels provided every day in room and at towel area outside.ps as geusts who have been here throughout hurricane irma we would like to thank the management and the staff for keeping us well informed on what would happen during the hurricane.Plus we were well provided for during the storm we had phone calls asking if we needed anything and if we were ok.we felt safe and looked after. And we look forward to our next holiday at Gran Ventana
