The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana Resort
- What's Included
- All Inclusive Features
The Reserve at the Punta Cana Resort is the perfect destination for both families and couples. The resort is amazing with its staff. They are incredibly attentive and ensure that you're getting the most out of your stay. The nightly shows that are held daily are pleasantly entertaining. The beach and pool area are gorgeous. Make sure that you check out the spot specifically meant for Reserve guests. There is a special spot for these guests, where there are plenty of loungers. Good options to choose from with regards to the buffet and a la carte food choices.
This is our second trip to The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana and we once again, had another amazing experience! We visited last year for a couples vacation and fell in love with the resort, the entire staff, and the Reserve beach. The resort is beautiful and pays respect to much of the local artists, which we loved! It is also different than many of the other resorts because the lobbies are open air but yet feel very elegant. We also appreciated the resorts devotion to preserving the mangroves on property and to being an ecoresort. One of our favorite things is the beach at The Reserve...it doesn't feel overcrowded, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the guests are respectful so that you can still enjoy the beach without dealing with rowdy kids or obnoxious guests. We chose The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana to host our family, our welcome barbecue and our farewell brunch before/after our wedding. We chose to have our wedding offsite because we are a very private couple and wanted a very private venue, though you would be in wonderful hands with the wedding team at Paradisus Punta Cana if you have your wedding there! Miguelina Martinez and her team (Marina Zorrilla and Marlenis Gruilot) were amazing and that's an understatement! They were always very responsive and communicative regardless of the distance. They took such good care of us and our guests over the course of the entire week. They made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and they even helped us get what we needed for the welcome bags. They did such a great job with the welcome barbecue...we opted for a simple decor plan to save money but regardless they made the whole event beautiful! The food was delicious and the entire team took wonderful care of us that night! The wedding team is amazing there!!!One thing that makes The Reserve and Paradisus Punta Cana special is their entire staff. We have traveled a lot and stayed at various resorts in the Caribbean and we have never experienced such high levels of customer service than we have at both The Reserve and Paradisus Punta Cana. The staff is so professional, warm, welcoming, and knowledgable...we plan on returning and one of the main reasons is their staff. In particular, we want to thank Ramon, Santos and Bonita at The Reserve beach; they took such great care of us and our families the entire week! We also want to thank Dennis at The Reserve bar for taking care of everyone all week. Overall, the entire staff here is amazing and they go above and beyond for their guests!!!Thank you to everyone at The Reserve and Paradisus Punta Cana for making our second stay so special and memorable. We hope to be back soon!
We went to this resort to celebrate our 25 th wedding anniversary. We were there Monday through Friday. Paradisus is a very nice resort. Pros; Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite in the Reserve which I high recommendThe reserve pool was quiet and largeThe staff was for the most part very nice and helpfulThe property is beautiful, large and well taken care of with a lot of amenities The beach is wide and beautiful Paddle board yoga at the reserve pool with Eduardo and Alex was a lot of fun Our rooms and building were very well maintained and clean. We had maid service and turn down service every night.ConsThe staff only knows very basic English as there seemed to be primarily South American and European non English speaking guestsWe had a “concierge” call our first day who said he would give us a tour of the property the next day which ended up being a high pressure sell to see their new property. This was hard to figure out as no one in the sales group could explain anything in English. There was no tour of the property and the only map available is ridiculously small. We figured it out but it was not well done. There is an app they vaguely tell u to use when u get there, where u can find the activity schedule but the app leaves a lot to be desired. We were able to get in everywhere without a reservation because it was a slow time. The hibachi was good for dinner we also went to aqua and the grille which were just mediocre. The buffet in the reserve for breakfast is good and the pizza and food at the reserve pool was pretty good. The rest was mediocre at best. The gift shop is horrible. The merchandise is not good and the staff is worse. The problem is there is nowhere else to shop. The locals at the shops along the beach are so aggressive as to be threatening to get you to you to buy something. We did our shopping in the airport where things were cheaper and nicer than the in property gift store. If you don’t like cats definitely do not go here, there are multitudes of feral cats wandering the property. It didn’t bother us they mostly stayed away and we like cats.
We just returned from a week at The Reserve at Paradisus and it was an outstanding week. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent and that continued through our stay. We had a family concierge suite and the room was amazing and our concierge, Yarol, was the BEST. He made all of our reservations and was fantastic with our kids. There was a treat for them every night when we returned to our room, it was truly special for them. The pool area was great and the waiters at the pool were amazing. The beach was beautiful and the same great service was available there. The food was good, breakfast was at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants for dinner were all very good, we enjoyed Vento, Fuego and Bana the most. The shows were also good. The resort is very clean, from the rooms to the pools to the lobby and the beach, it is impeccably maintained. We will be back for sure! Wonderful vacation.
My friends and I decided to take a vacation and we booked a trip and stayed at Paradisus Punta Cana. The service was over the top!! I couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone was friendly and attentive and made sure that our stay was amazing. Raynol made our night out unforgettable. He was hyping up everyone at Gabi Beach Bar and made everyone dance and have a good time. The facilities were all clean and the food was amazing. Specifically, the service by Licelot at breakfast was awesome. She made sure we were enjoying our food and brought us the best coffee ever. Honestly, the hotel was unforgettable and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.
Raynold T. made our trip a great experience. He informed us from the beginning of our trip about tons of activities and nightlife fun. His friendliness stayed with us along our whole trip and we were able to conversate and enjoy each others company. He made us feel part of the Dominican family and made the resort our home. My friends and I decided we definitely will be coming back to the resort and country after our AMAZING experience !!!
