A pleasant all-inclusive resort with courteous staff and good food. It is clean, modern, and well maintained.It's located in the middle of nowhere, about a 2 hour drive from Punta Cana airport.Occupancy was very low (about 25%) the week I was here. The majority of the guests were locals here for just a day or two, either from the DR or nearby Puerto Rico. The locals are a lot noisier than typical American or Canadian guests.Most of the rooms are across the road from the beach, but it's only a 60 second walk.
Let me start by saying that we have traveled quite a bit and this is probably one of the few times that I take a moment to write a review. The reason for that is because we thought we had seen it all, but little did we know. We arrived to the hotel on 11/20/17 around 3am and were greeted by the night shift clerk who was excited to see us coming and expressed concerned because our flight was delayed.My wife stated that she was not feeling good (some whether change symptoms) and that she would like to be placed in a quiet are room. We were assigned to a very nice room with a double queen bed, mini bar, balcony and nice garden view. The following day, my wife’s symptoms worsen and she couldn’t get up for breakfast. I went to the breakfast buffet and was greeted by Elizabeth who asked if I was alone. I explained that I was traveling with my wife, but that she wasn’t feeling good and had stayed in bed. Elizabeth right away offered to prepare breakfast to be delivered to my wife and made herself a special tea with local herbs and leaves which was also delivered to my wife. The tea routine continued for three days and was ready every day we came for breakfast (thanks Elizabeth). The remainder of the stay was awesome and every single employee we met went the long extra mile to accommodate us in any of our needs and wants. From the housekeeping to the waiters at all the eateries everyone was exceptional. The place is really beautiful, modern and close to the city. The beach is outstanding, the food is delicious, but if I would have to choose among all those things, I would say that the hotel’s best asset is its people. Thanks to them we have special memories and had a great experience. Everyone did a great job not expecting anything in return, everyone we met spoke great of the hotel management and expressed that they were well taken care of. I would like to express my gratitude for the awesome time we spent at Emotions and would like to send thanks to:• Elizabeth in the breakfast and lunch restaurants• Diego and Francisco - managers at restaurants• Leo and Elizabeth also at the restaurants• Rafelin at the coffee shop (Best barista) best caramel macchiato I ever tasted• Tony and Ricardo in the pool bar • Carolina Massiel in the front desk• Nabuk with the entertainment team (great show every night) • And a very special THANKS to Jennifer the architect in charge of facility maintenance, who went the extra mile to make a beautiful piece of welded craft for my wifeReally everyone did an exceptional job to make our vacation unforgettable. I will definitely recommend the resort and I am looking forward to come back soon. Thanks Emotions for taking care of us we will not forget you guys.
The places location is one of the best, the room where outstanding and the services is one of the best for it’s location, people are friendly and very polite always available and the best area is really nice and clean. I’ll definitely recommend this place for anything weather is to lay low or to have a blast this is the place.
We needed nothing, Emotions provided everything from all the great variaty of Authentic foods to their many frozen drinks at the pool side or at the 24 beach bar and grill. I was there with the intention of resort hoping for a few days while I was on a business trip. I had work to do in the south eastern part of the Island and thought I'd check out a few resorts for a later return trip with my family. I stayed in Santo Domingo, Boca Chica and Juan Dolio. Loved everywhere I stayed. The food was good, The staff were always friendly and my rooms were alway as advertized. But once in decided to stay at the Emotions Resort with the All Inclusive, Wow! was I in for a shock and didn't know it. The place was very clean and modern. My room was spotless and so was the whole resort. The staff I can't say enough, they alone made me deside to stay. I felt right at home. I developed some friendships with the staff that I hope to have forever(I know the memories I will). Thank you so much Emotions!!! I plan to return with my family in 2018.I wouldn't stay anywhere else. There were two of us on this trip and my partner feels the same. We were treated like gold. From the front desk( Thank you soooo much Rosauly Diaz,Carolina Cano and of course Marileny too!) to the Supervisor (Carolina Castro who helped us out very quickly when we really needed the help) to the guys on staff Jose Mateo and Miguel Salas who help to resolve a small room problem for us. Loved our room manager Ylians Boitel for listening and helping with some great advice on how to save money on our next stay. And lastly thank you very much to all the staff for always returning/finding the laptop I kept lossing Special thanks to the resort Manager for her attention to detail and for personally asking for my feedback on improvements to the resort and to services!! Emotions resort went out of their way to make us feel safe and catered too. Thank You So Very Much!!!!!! Luis H
Excellent Hotel, Excellent service and the staff was very polite kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean as for the food no words to tell . A lot of different plates .I recommend it for relaxed vacations.
