A phenomenal time...walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, spectacular views

For those who like to have the freedom to sleep in as late as you wish when on holiday, cook your own meals, see the housekeeper once or twice a week(although I wish it could be three times a week without having to pay extra),with amazing views, if you choose well, see the Eiffel Tower from your Lounge and bedroom, this is the place to stay.

Não tem como ser pior/ Couldn't be worse

I don' even know how to start talking about this hotel. Since the reception, to the room, location, bathroom, employees... I could not find one single thing to say positively about it. I'm writing a review in every single venue possible so no one would go through the same again. Just to exemplify, I asked the night receptionist for an extra pillow, because there are only two in the room - one per person - (not even cushions) and I'm used to two pillows, and he told me "everything you need is in the room; there are no extras", in those exact words... Really? How does he know what I need? No extras? What kind of hotel is that?I wrote in advance requesting rooms close to each other (my husband and I are here with my mom and sister) and also twin beds for them. They didn't get us any of that, but told us that got us room with a view from the Eiffel tour. I'm attaching the picture from my room and later will attach one from my sister's. Such a HALF view from mine - and NO view from my sister's. There is so much more to say about the hotel, but since it would take too long, I'll just say that is not worth it's value. I'm not talking about price but about cost benefit. I DO NOT recommend.

Nightmare Stay!

Unfortunately, my first visit to Paris was not so great as the hotel we were staying in was well below our expectations, yes we didn't require a luxury room but an average room as our stay was only for two nights, well on entering our room which was so small both of us couldn't fit side by side, my husband became alarmed when he noticed there was no bed, pull out from wall, when the bed was put down no room to move around it. Even though the hotel supplied the hot water jug, no complimentary coffee, tea, sugar or milk was supplied. The reception and waiting areas were smelly and dirty, from rubbish left behind by other guests and the noise at night was just a little too hard to take, so not so restful after a full day sightseeing. No we would stay there again. At least it was only a 30 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.

Not a good experience

We saw the hotel was under a dark bridge and didn't look so good to begin with. The receptionist was very polite and told us about a near K-mart store, and if we needed anything than we could just ask in the reception. We were told there was no cleaning included if you were staying 4 nights, which we didn't really care about in the first place. When we got to the room it had a great view of the Eiffel tower. The bed was a sofa that you had to pull out and it was not comfortable to sleep in it. There were no windows in our room, which was on the 23d floor, so we couldn't let any fresh air in. The bathroom had 2 small towels, one big towel and 1/2 roll of toilet paper, but it also had a pack of tissues. Half of the room was really dark (where the kitchen was) so we could not see anything we were doing. There was just a tiny light that did not help much. The kitchen had a small fridge, microwave and a stove. No glasses, plates, cups or anything. So we couldn't really use it (unless we were going to buy some kitchen utensils for those four nights. When we looked out the window we could see inside other peoples rooms, and what they were doing. It was very weird and it bothered me a lot.The morning after our second night we asked for clean towels in the lobby, and we were told we couldn't have any unless we paid for cleaning. We asked if we could pay for cleaning (just for the fresh towels) and then we were told we couldn't because it was alredy 11:30 am. We had to ask for cleaning before 11 am. We could not even pay for cleaning just to get the fresh towels. We paid 18 euros for cleaning early the following day and waited in the neighbourhood untill 2pm, than we gave up and decided to skip showers that day so it wouldn't go to waist. When we got back around 8pm they had cleaned the room. But there was no new toilet paper, and the towels we got were 3 small ones. One of the elevators was also broken the whole time we were there, so we had to wait for a long perioid of time to get in an elevator. The did not even try to fix it the whole time we were there. The K-mart that the staff recommended was really just a chineese shop that didn't sell anything ordinary, just some chineese products. They didn't even mind telling us one of the biggest malls and shopping streets in Paris was just around the corner, behind the hotel if we would go over the street and walked for like 5 minutes we could buy everything we needed (but we couldn't see it because of the underground bridge the hotel was placed in).But it was a great price thoe, the view was great and the location of the hotel was really nice, very close to a the Eiffel tower and a mall (if we only knew about the mall few days earlier).

Adagio beaugrennelle or the slum building near hidden near the Tour Eiffel

This Serviced apartment is just a big shame for Paris tourism! The day I went there with my spouse and our baby ,we first saw a woman crying in the lobby.I was wondering what happened to her but I did not believe that my spouse will come to this end thereafter.Considering the price - around 2400€ for 10 days- Quality of services is extremely poor and unorganized in this AdagioOur final room( after refusing 2 other horrible rooms ) was still old and dirty. The standing is really far from what you can expect in the neighborhood of the Tour Eiffel. The view from the apartment is nice but from a dirty place I do not care about view.Going to this place can ruin your holiday in Paris. Save your money to better place!
