Sorry that I stayed here

The staff are surly and the hotel is in need of refurbishment. I arrived at just after ten pm and as I had no coins I could not use the vending machine to get water or a cuppa tea. The breakfast each morning was poor and after two days I couldn't be bothered to take breakfast on the remaining three days. My company has now cancelled its contract with the hotel as three of us complained about the poor service from arrogant selfish staff on reception and in the breakfast room. Book the nearby Oceania instead of this hotel.

Horrible

Just terrible. Terrible attitude to the non speaking French guest...they simply do not understand English! Room was smelly and I've changed hotel. Wow...I understand that in Paris guest service is not a priority but I was not expecting this at all

Excellent option for exhibitors at Porte de Versaille

We were exhibiting at Porte de Versailles and booked here on the recommendation of a fellow exhibitor. We have used many other hotels in Issy whilst exhibiting, but all further away, and decided to go for somewhere much closer this year. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and facilites available, and it was good value for money considering the location and size of the room. The only negatives would be the breakfast (too expensive) and the bathroom, which needed thoroughly updating.

Good value for money and convenient for long stayings even there are some details to improve.

Good value for money and convenient for long stayings even there are some details to improve.First impression is fantastic specially the size of the room and facilities.Room with kitchenette, insuite bathroom, independent wc, closset for Vacuum cleaner and suitcases, plus 2 closets for clothes.Complete kitchenette with dishwasher, very nice crockery and cutlery.Vacuum cleaner very convenient. Modern iron. Hair dryer doesn't work.Very nice design and decoration. Good linens.Bad heating it was extremely cold. Thermostat doesn't work and it is not accurate even showing 15C or 30C temperature is about 15C..............Cleaning is only on Wednesday (once in a week). For extra cleaning the cost is 26 EUROS per day. Fantastic WiFi. Free.Very quiet, no sounds.Very convenient location south of Paris. Only one block from Tram 2 (Porte d'Issy).Attentive Service,Entrance at the front door is with a code (vey convenient). They change it once a week (on Sunday).

Very disappointing for non-French speakers

I've been staying here for two weeks already and unfortunately I need to stay for two more months since this was booked by my company (obviously I would've transferred to a different hotel if only I had a choice). The receptionists are not very accommodating (even if that's what's the hotel's been pushing for). They don't approach well on non-French speakers - they are very condescending, but I noticed that they don't have the same treatment for people who speak French. The laundry room is broken ever since I got here, and initially they posted that it will be fixed on the 16th of January, but now they moved it to 23rd of the same month. Unfortunately the nearest public laundromat is 500 meters away. They also apparently change their door codes every 15th of the month but the receptionist during my check-in did not bother to inform me that, so I had to ring the doorbell as I figured they had issues with their front door (as some days they left it open). Just today, the woman receptionist (she was rather old, I didn't get her name unfortunately), barging rudely at me and telling me that I have a door code. To think there were other guests who I don't even know. I told her my code, and she says it wasn't the right code. That's the only time she ended up telling me that they change the code every 15th of the month. They should include that in their guidelines.Whenever I had deliveries, they did not bother to call my apartment to inform me, but I had to check with them from time to time until the parcel arrived. The rooms are okay, but can only be cleaned once a week (and they don't even do a good job at it). I had to throw my garbage myself because the room service did not even bother doing it themselves. And the room heater hardly even works. I would still find myself freezing at night, considering that it is winter here in France. The only perk on this hotel is that it was close to a tram and metro stations, otherwise if it was possible to score zero, I would have.
