Citadines Tour Eiffel

We originally booked an airbnb but because of the host's lack of response, we decided to book a hotel last minute.Glad we found this hotel. Only 10-15mins walking distance to Champs De Mars and Eiffel Tower, we got to visit Eiffel Tower day and night everyday! Super close to metro station and supermarket, like 30 seconds walk. Neighbourhood is safe and lively yet quiet.Great sushi place downstairs and Chinese diner nearby and gave us a nice change of palette after many days of western cuisine (this is our 18 days Europe trip).Room is spacious with cooking facilities. Bed is comfortable.Modern decor. We were aware of the no daily housekeeping policy so it did not bother us.Good to have coffee and tea machine at the lobby to kick start the day.Happy stay!
I got the second floor, the hotel was a decent distance from the Eiffel Tower and from shops and a few restaurants. My room just didn't look, like any of the pictures, with color. It was just a plain white room, it was ok since it did the job and I wasn't there most of the time.
Since 2007, I've been staying in Paris at least 3 times a year. I can't even think of any other altenate place. Unparallel location, view of Eifle from your balcony, walking distance to Invalid bridge, plenty of restaurent and pubs won't let you feel alone. Can avail metro just crossing the street is another big advantage. Neat, tidy and specious rooms give mew a bit more space to breathe. efficient and willing staffs make my stay even more worthy. Can't complain.
Where do I begin?Where do I begin with how my wife and I feel in staying @ Citadines Tour Eiffel? I guess it's just listing items that mattered to us:- Location (central, close to Eiffel, metro just outside, open market on Sundays, etc.)- Can treat space like apartment (kitchen inside, Monoprix grocery steps away, etc.)- Safe w/ courteous and English speaking staff- Price affordable for location, amenities, modern feel, etc.- Love having coffee, expresso, and especially water to re-fill for freeWe basically felt like we were living in Paris, rather than simply tourists. We walked several times to Eiffel Tower and just picnic'd watching the lights turn on at top of each hour. BTW, there are also shops (clothing, grocery, crepes, etc.) just steps away. Across the metro (Grenelle) is this great Crepe stand selling great crepes (lunch, late night snack, etc.) for as low as 4.50 Euro. Lastly, don't miss the open market on Sunday's just under the Metro elevated tracks just outside.Only gripe we had was that internet was usually down while we were there. Rarely would it be working for us however this wasn't a huge deal as we had a 'hot spot'. Other guests might have a bigger problem but I think this would've been resolved had we actually complained about it.
I was in Citedine in Paris (La Motte Picquet) for a week long stay. It was a good stay with all required comfort and essentials provided in the condo apartment. It could have been better had they included breakfast as a part of the package.Overall a good location to stay with family or for corporate stays.
