Hotel Cervantes Paris
- What's Included
I've stayed 3 times in Paris in the last year and a half, and this was a great hotel for the price. My only complaint is that the walls were a little thin, and the room next door the first night watched their TV too loudly. The hotel is a little dated, but clean. The location was very safe, quiet, and close to at least 3 different metro stops within just a few blocks. The restaurants were a few blocks away, but there was a small grocery store at the end of the street that had some sandwiches and salads. The breakfast buffet had a number of both hot and cold options- deli meats, cheeses, yogurt, breads, scrambled eggs and was a full breakfast. But, the best part of this hotel was the helpful staff. My daughter and I were spending 2 weeks in Europe, after she had spent a semester studying in Paris. So, we had lots of luggage. Both on arrival and departure, one of the desk staff helped us drag our luggage. They printed our Disney tickets for us, and when we had trouble with the wifi, they provided our own hotspot we carried with us even when we went out of the hotel. Customer service was obviously a priority here, although the female staff on the day shift were much more helpful than the 2 different men working the evening shift.I will happily stay at this hotel on a return trip to Paris!
Had the best time in Paris and this hotel was part of that ! It was impeccably clean the room was modern had a lovely hot shower and a spacious balcony. We were not charged for our use of the mini bar although we believe this at the mistake of the hotel but still a bonus! Location is ideal with lots of bars restaurants and shops near bye . Close to the moulin rouge and the Rome metro station which has great links Into the central area and main attractions. Luis on the front desk was a real help with suggesting places to go and directing us on the best way to get there ! Very friendly a true gem ! The complimentary cocktail bar went down a treat. All in all we had a fantastic and would definitely return to the hotel Cervantes on our next stay in Paris.
Great hotel, clean, with helpful and friendly staff. Free cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and nibbles 6-8pm. More than adequate breakfast. All day free Nespresso coffee (or tea) at all HappyCulture hotels in the area + use of toilet facilities which is convenient (no pun intended) when showing room card. Good mix of age groups and nationalities.
I spent 3 nights here and it was great. Train noise was a bit distracting but its a great central location and the staff members are amazingly friendly and really helpful. Walking distance from everything...good sized rooms...you get what you pay for...great job!!! Will definitely recommend and be back for another visit...
We stayed here for 3 nights mid week and found the hotel cosy, clean and quirky in a quiet residential location close to the Metro stations with some lovely bistros within walking distance. The room was a good size for a city centre and even afforded views of the Eiffel Tower !! Plenty of hot water with pleasant staff who genuinely wanted to help. A genuine 3 star hotel that we would both recommend to others and return to.
