We thought the hotel was lovely! The reception staff were fabulous and very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, great position for metro and train station. We really enjoyed our stay 😁
The room is very clean! The position is very good where I can go to the other famous places very easy. And also the staff is very enthusiastic! It is near subway station. Also the train station is nearby! The convenient transpotation!
Stayed here from the 16th - 20th of October to celebrate my 21st birthday with my boyfriend. Since travelling through jet 2, we did not have transfers included and had to make our way to ‘Rome metro station’ which is around 2 minutes walk from our hotel, from the airport. We struggled to find the right trains/metros to get on but after asking around found our way in the end! We arrived at the hotel around 6:30pm, check in was smooth and our room was lovely with plenty of space as we opted for the ‘premium bedroom’ beds are a tad hard but nothing that would prevent me from staying here. The hotel is located about 20-30min walk from the arc de triumph which we walked twice on our stay.. lots of lovely restaurants around the hotel that you can access on the night! We did not have breakfast in the hotel so we bought some croissants and cereal from the super market at the end of the road which we kept in the bedrooms fridge! Safe is available free of charge. We only used the metro on our final day to get all over Paris for the last time, if you ask at the hotel reception for a metro map you can work out which one to get on to take you to certain locations / sights, once you figure this out it is really easy. We bought a carnet of 10 tickets which was approximately £14 and you can both use these tickets for as many days as you like! We got all over Paris on 9 tickets in total so 10 was enough. If you come out the hotel and turn right and keep walking you’ll come across a massive aray of shops which we only discovered on our last day, and if you turn left you’ll find many restaurants up lovely Parisian side streets. For my birthday, my boyfriend put up banners and balloons in our room which we were unsure the cleaners would be happy about, but they were more than happy! And left us a note and some macaroons to say happy birthday, which we thought was a really really lovely touch from the hotel. Overall we would defiantly stay here again when visiting Paris, it’s lovely clean and modern and the option for free juice or fizzy drinks is a bonus!
Very nice people and good service (some nice details as free coffee at the lobby any time , help in printing electronic tickets ) . Room and bathroom were very small (i.e. no place to open the luggage , getting out of the shower was really uncomfortable)
We stayed here in a room that slept 3 on our recent 3 night trip to paris. Great location, close to the metro and still within easy walking distance if you wanted to go to the main attractions. Staff were very friendly, able to leave our luggage with reception until check in. Very helpful with recommending great restaurants and clubs for our stay. Complimentary coffee and happy hour was a great perk. Our room was good, clean sheets and daily housekeeping. Some mild mould in the bathroom ceiling joins but this probably due to the age of the building. Would stay here again.
