Wonderful Place to Stay

We visited the hotel as a family and enjoyed very much! The staff is very friendly and helpful, giving us good tips for some restaurants (we specially liked 'Il Caratello'). I can't express better, than they do on their website: It's really a 'charming, cosy hotel, in the Montmartre district' (read the rest of the description on the site, it's appropriate). The place is easy to reach by Metro and there are lots of restaurants and stores around. We couldn't have chosen better, thank you very much!

Charming Hotel with Super Service!

Having read some great reviews about this hotel, I decided to book. My boyfriends first time in Paris and Birthday Celebration. I notified the hotel of this as I could see the attention to detail that they pay to their guests, so I knew we would be looked after - and certainly just happy with a room with a view! We were not only given a room with a view of the Eiffel (No. 63 Top Floor I think) but had champagne and chocolates in the room on arrival. All on ice, ready for us. Beds Super Comfortable (I slept through, uninterrupted!) Bathrooms super clean. Housekeeping didnt make the room up for our second night, but I wonder if this is common in Paris. It wasnt a problem, as my boyfriend is super tidy anyway and had made the bed!Close to Rue Lepic, which is a foodies dream - cheese shops, chocolate shops and cosy bars within a moments walking distance. Felt completely safe, walking distance to Sacre Couer. We used the Blanche metro stop and walked up the hill, but Abbesses is equal distance. We would and will recommend this hotel to our friends and anyone that wants a great, clean, comfortable place to stay in Paris. Nice Area. Staff super helpful, and really friendly. Decor is arty and charming.Could do with an update in some areas. I work in Interior Design, so notice these things, but the charm and the staff outweigh a refresh of wallpaper!

Small and tiny but very cozy

We spent in this small hotel two nights. Rooms are very small, but I think on Montmartre it's perfectly adequate. You just don't have a time sit into your room, because there is so many interesting places around. Staff was smilling and helpfull all the time. I recommend to annyone who is looking very nice place and in budget.

Great place to stay in Montmarte!

We spent eight nights in lovely Hotel des Arts. Our ground floor room was comfortable, safe and clean; bathroom new and sparkling; housekeeping first rate: daily change of towels and providing of extras we had not brought. Location was super: near streets of cafes, fresh fruit, grocery and yogurt shops; a Pain Quotidien near by; boutiques offering wide range of goods. Taxis and metros easy to get and not far from the popular museums, and sights. Hotel breakfast was a plus: good choice of just what we needed, like boiled eggs and oranges; and free warm drinks and coke all day. Best of all was the friendly, fast front desk staff. Another home away from home!

Great location with outstanding customer service

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and we're more than satisfied with the service and experiences offered by hotel. It is a beautiful hotel with very artistic decoration. The lift was a bit too small though. The customer service is superb and you will love the location of the hotel as well. Overall, all I could say is that it is really worth the money you paid for and oh, don't forget to try the restaurant named "La Mascotte" near the hotel. We loved the food from there so much that we had our dinner almost everyday.
