From the moment we arrived arrived, tired from the long flight, we loved the place. Our room was ready even though it was only 9:30 am. Every person we met from the front desk staff to the servers at the breakfast to the cleaners were really nice. The breakfast was good with choices from cheese to eggs and fresh rolls and croissants. My husband particularly liked the fresh squeezed orange juice. We would highly recommend this hotel. It was fairly close to the Arc de Triomphe, about a 15 minute walk.
Had trouble looking for the hotel when I arrive. Luckily some Parisian helped us to find it. From the metro station, it takes around 8 - 10 mins to go around some small street tolocate the hotel. Was told by that Parisian that this hotel location is pretty safe and after a few days I can confirm it sure is .Service from the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is provided and they have varieties. Room is not that big, very pretty room. Bed is comfy . Room is very clean. However , this hotel has the simplest bathroom amneties.
Courtesy, tidiness and quietness are the key benefits of this small hotel, that offers the typical quality of a family managed business.Affordable price with a great price/quality balance.Quiet neighborhood.I will consider it again for future visits to Paris.
I was attending a conference in Palais des Congress and chose this hotel because of reasonable price, location near the venue site, and good reviews in Tripadvisor. I was not disappointed. Palais des Congress was only on a couple of blocks distance, service was really nice and welcoming, wi-fi was free and had OK signal, and breakfast was tasty. Room was small-ish, which is usual in most old European cities and I did not mind that at all as room was also very clean and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have a coffee/tea making facilities in the room, and I liked that I could open the window for fresh air. You many times cannot do that in hotel. For being a three-star hotel, it very well met all my expectations, and the customer service even exceeded it. Every person I met during my stay in reception, bar of breakfast room were all very nice and helpful.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Price was great and hotel overall was pretty good.Location wise it's decent, about a 5 minute walk to the metro and 15 minute walk to Arc De Triomphe where you can catch tour buses and the likes, Lots of amenities nearby in all directions.Rooms are small, but has everything you need. Nice views all around and a nice little courtyard.Only things I'd find as minor issues as to why we didn't go 5 stars is it was a little strange checking out, we paid for everything up front but when we came down to drop the key off to leave, they said we needed to pay a city tax before we go. Wasn't a huge amount but this wasn't explained to us when we checked in and paid for everything else. Also we found the key system...strange. The key was on a metal weight, and the expectation was to drop the key off at the front when you leave so you go out without a key. When we came back around 1am, we just told our room number and got the key back. A little concerning they didn't ask who we were or anything and we felt a little unsure about security there if they just hand the key to anyone potentially.Overall, fine stay though.
