Good value for Paris

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Price was great and hotel overall was pretty good.Location wise it's decent, about a 5 minute walk to the metro and 15 minute walk to Arc De Triomphe where you can catch tour buses and the likes, Lots of amenities nearby in all directions.Rooms are small, but has everything you need. Nice views all around and a nice little courtyard.Only things I'd find as minor issues as to why we didn't go 5 stars is it was a little strange checking out, we paid for everything up front but when we came down to drop the key off to leave, they said we needed to pay a city tax before we go. Wasn't a huge amount but this wasn't explained to us when we checked in and paid for everything else. Also we found the key system...strange. The key was on a metal weight, and the expectation was to drop the key off at the front when you leave so you go out without a key. When we came back around 1am, we just told our room number and got the key back. A little concerning they didn't ask who we were or anything and we felt a little unsure about security there if they just hand the key to anyone potentially.Overall, fine stay though.

never again

i was there for 3 days last week. of course as a first time visitor, my partner and i spent the whole day exploring beautiful paris city. on our last night there, after the whole day paris tour, we went back to the hotel to find out that my new handbag and perfume that i just bought went missing. well it didn't go missing, it was stolen. we were shocked to see our packed luggage was open and handbag and perfume that were in the luggage lost. we went to talk to receptionist and ask for the housekeepers that came in to our room. unfortunately the receptionist didn't want to cooperate and was not willing to talk to any housekeepers. we found out that night that the hotel doesn't have a cctv. the receptionist tried to calm us down and told us to see the manager the next morning. and we did the next morning few hours before our flight home. the outcome from the manager was we need to make a police report and she refused to talk to the housekeepers. after all the time wasted to find our stolen items. we didn't have time to make a police report. if we did we won't get our lost items back anyway.

Very good value for money

The hotel had a good location, it was a quiet neighborhood. Reception was very helpful. The room was renovated and clean. Also had an ironing table and an iron that is not common for a 3-star. Breakfast service was also very good, unfortunately the weather was too cold to sit outside but the garden looked very tempting.

Smart French hotel, so la la

I was there for a 3 days business trip in March 2016. The hotel might have better rooms but mine was a bit small and the accessoires as well as the equipment was a bit old. Compared to the price one may expect a location with a better and more modern style. The bathroom was like from the 2nd world war. It was obvious that the hotel is being used mainly for business trips than by tourists or families. A did not have breakfast there so I cannot assess the buffet or similar. On the other side, the environment of the hotel location was good in terms of having a metro station in the near and also some nice cafes and bistros. All in all, a stay in this hotel could be recommended for smaller budgets and short-vacations. If you would like to stay more close to Paris Center, then you need more money definitely.
