Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel

It's located at walking distance from tower and right next to a big mall so great location. However reception and elevators are a floor above from street and one of the escalators never works. If you are with bags then you need to use elevator at the back entrance which can be confusing. There is a bar and restaurant at reception level - nothing special, nothing to complain. Rooms are decent size but toilets are small ... I don't know why but they have installed the large size 70s hair dryer in the wall next to wash basin which is quite inconvenient as it does not let you stand straight when using wash basin. Overall with great location and space in room they could have done better with management of space.
I just loved the suit of this hotel with the perfect view over Paris through the hublot vintage style window! although Eiffel tower is not really easy to see (you need to lean to be able to see it!) the Seine river and the view over Paris from the top floors is really excellent! the personnel is just amazing, we travelled on the Birthday of my partner and once it was seen by receptionist that it was the actual Birthday date, he immediately upgraded us to the suit! we were very grateful for such a great client service!
The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower, Paris which is a magnificent structure of art. I have visited three time and am still amazed by it. But this was the first time I saw the tower in the day and again in the night. My family heard that the tower lighted up in the night. We were fortunate to be there where the Eiffel Tower lite up at midnight,as we were not sure of the time. It only lite up for 10 min but it was worth seeing the difference. Pros:- (1). Security was efficient and polite.(2). There are a few hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. My family and I walk to the the Eiffel Tower from our hotel which wasA bonus.(3). It is very busy at the tower with vendors selling souvenirs of the tower and other items.(4). There are a few eatery (restaurant, cafe selling hot & close food), with in close proximity of the tower.I would recommend that when you visit the Eiffel Tower in the night take the time to stand under the tower. It's a great way to admire the way the steel structure entwined and form a pattern as it inter link, it's amazing. In regards to this amazing hotel it is vey clean, comfortable and catered well for all we required. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We had a suite and it was enough space for my family and I.I will love to return and will definitely recommend to others.
This Novotel is in a pleasant location, in a pleasant non-touristy neighborhood and near an indoor shopping mall. A few blocks from several metro stops. The novelty of being close to the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty wears off pretty quickly. The staff was pleasant. Concierge was outstanding. The quality of food in the meal service provided to our conference was excellent. The 'buts' include:-an escalator at the main entrance that didn't work the whole time (4 days) that we were there.-slow elevators. One (at least) that didn't work during our stay.-The carpet in the room is so dirty and shabby, making you feel like your feet are getting dirty by walking on it.-The shower door leaks, flooding the bathroom floor. No amount of tinkering could avoid this. The frame is warped and the seal must be incomplete.-Room cleaning is cursory. -Room amenities are minimal.-A 'business center' that is a joke - an unmonitored table at the end of a noisy lounge.Overall, it is a corporate hotel for tours. No charm but convenient.
Easy access to almost anything you want to do in Paris. Metro and bus stations less than a 5 minute walk. You can walk along the river to the Eiffel Tower in less than 15 minutes. Rooms are spacious, ours overlooked the Seine. Helpful and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. A grocery store and department store are 2-3 minute walk.
