- What's Included
We recently stayed at this hotel for a week ..The lobby was cosy cool so beautiful it's. not overly big but enough and you will feel warm when you arrive , the welcoming of the hotel was so friendly , hotel room was pretty 😀, service was great ( inside restaurant was so so ) best location I could ask for close to all beautiful high end boutique & of course some normal shop too 😀 ! Right opposite was a Buddha Bar & Restaurant & surrounding with many many other restaurants to choose from ! Best location when you don't know the place well !the street was Sercurity with Policemen around 24/7 so We felt secure and happy there ! Service was great can walk to Champs Élysées for more casual shopping and 4,5 minutes taxi to big department store Le Bon Marche ! I would recommended this hotel to all ladiesIf you love fashions and Dinning , nice cake coffee shop around too only minutes away you will find everything you need , there is a supper market nearby as well ! We sure will stay there again in our next visit to Paris ❤️
My boyfriend often stays at the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg when he's travel for business. So I've had the pleasure of staying at the hotel. It might have been the time of the year, but the hotel has a lovely boutique comfort feel and more often than not, quiet - the way we like it. Lovely staff, rooms while most aren't facing the street (you can request one in advance) it's bright and most importantly impeccably clean. As with all luxury hotels, what differentiates an average hotel to a luxury hotel are the details. You'll be able to notice the subtle details and amenities offered at this sweet hotel. Looking to book a massage service for my trip back to Paris this week, so I'll share my update on the concierge service, spa service, and the restaurant when I return. One thing I would comment is the lack of information available on the website. The restaurant information offered on the website did not provide the type of cuisine or even a menu. Same goes for the spa - no treatment details.Looking forward to another stay at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg.
This is my first time at this particular Sofitel, and I don't think it will be my last. Spacious rooms, lovely decor, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent location, as well. I had a fabulous room on the courtyard with a downstairs sitting room and an upstairs bedroom. Really first rate experience.
The welcome was amazing, thank you Alizée from guest relations, she showed us the hotel and our room. The hotel is on the same block as the American embassy so the street is closed and have an armed security in both ends of the street, makes you feel very safe.Walking distance to everywhere.Siene river, metro, the louvre museum, jardin des Tuileries, champ elysee,Alexander bridge, place de la Concorde. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is delicious, scrambled eggs, croissants, fruits, baguette. My apologies for not remember the name of the concierge that works in the morning but he was amazing, my daughter was sick and we needed a doctor, within less than 1 hour the doctor was in the hotel to see her and to prescribe antibiotics.I can't thank him enough. Our room was a suite ,after walking the entire day to come to our room and take an amazing shower and lay down on that comfortable bed was priceless. Our experience in Paris was the best.Thank you Sofitel for making my daughter 's dream trip come through
We chose the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg after repeated disappointment with another similar brand name hotel. Having secured a reservation several months prior to our trip, I emailed the concierge for assistance to obtain dinner reservations at some of the most difficult tables to book in Paris. These emails were always promptly replied, no request was too trivial for them to attend to. Booking deadlines were kept track of, and all my dinner requests were made. Arriving early in the morning, we took a taxi from the airport, about half hour and flat rate of €50. Out taxi was met by the doorman, and luggage unloaded and taken care of while we attended to check in. Check in swift and efficient, our room was ready for us and early check in granted. We had booked a premium room, located away from the lifts, and we got a quiet room, facing the courtyard. Beautifully decorated in pale blues, plush carpet and a very comfortable bed. Size was acceptable, given this is Paris. Free Nespresso coffee and tea making facilities provided. Toilet was sparkling clean and functional, albeit a little small. Hermes toiletries provided was generous. Our stay was broken up by a trip to Provence, we stored some of our luggage with the hotel. Upon check out, we were asked our intended time of re-check in, so that they can ensure our room would be ready when we returned. We were delighted to have received an upgrade to a suite upon our return, and we were shown to a lovely spacious junior suite, again well away from the lifts and facing the courtyard. Good sized sitting room, large king-sized bed and toilet complete with double sink, separate shower and bathtub. We were undisturbed, and had an incredibly comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent, turn down service always provided. Check out was equally fast, as I had registered for fast check out, I received my invoice a few hours before check out time, and all I had to do was check through it, then leave my keys at the reception before departure. Wifi speed and connection was good, and didn't require repeated registration or re-login. Fabulously located on the Rue du Faubourg St. Honore, where all high-end shops are located. Metro station Concorde was a hop skip and jump away. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The Sofitel is going to be our default choice of hotel in Paris from now on!
