This lovely hotel's central location, close to Montmartre but not far from the Opéra Garnier, makes it ideal for lovers of Paris. The subway station is just a few minutes away. Breakfast includes regional French and Spanish specialties. The hotel terrace provides the perfect spot to savour your favourite drink, weather permitting. The hotel is set back from the street so that its 66 air conditioned rooms are quiet. All are spacious and reflect a perfect blend of tradition, elegance and modern decor.

Good Location

We stayed at this hotel for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The locationt is ideal for arriving by Eurostar with it being 20min walk along with its ideal location for the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. It's also within walking distance to Blanche Metro and taxi ranks. The location is within the area for massage parlours and strip clubs, but no time did we feel unsafe even late at night, although I probably wouldn't choose this hotel with small children. Room was spacious and clean with small balcony overlooking the courtyard, good size shower with usual amenities but limited on the amount of towels provided. Only thing was the WIFI, the reception was poor and kept dropping out, but as we didn't spend to much time in the room wasn't a problem.

I then contacted the front desk and was told on June 20 that the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. After struggling to sleep all night I asked the front desk again on 6/21/17 in the morning to please have someone look into the ac in room 51. He assured me again that it would be taken care of but upon our return on 6/21/17 at around 12:45 am we were again assured the rooms were working. I went up to the room and again waited for it to cool but again nothing. I went downstairs to speak with the desk clerk again and voice my continued frustration. He then came up to the room and said it was working and there was nothing her could do. It wasn’t working it was hot!!! I on 6/22/17 spoke with someone else at the front desk and they also assured me that we would have a cool room that day. It was to no avail, the room only cooled off when the temperature in Paris dropped and we opened the window. If I wanted to stay in a hotel with no ac I would have paid a lot less money (actually $800less) for the room. My other complaints although were not as significant were still frustrating and never dealt with. In room 51 the bathroom door does not shut and when you are on the toilet you are dealing with the door hitting your legs while you try to use the bathroom. Because of the excessive heat I asked for ice each day at the hotel. Upon trying to use the ice in a drink to lower my temperature of my body I noticed the ice was a disgusting yellow color. My last complaint about your hotel was that the sink in room 51 would not drain. I am surprised that the customer service was so poor during our stay. It definitely is not the way we handle guest in the USA. I am hoping to get at least an $800 credit on my bill since I could have stayed in another hotel in a different section of Paris that would have been alot nicer for my family even without ac. Our reason for choosing your hotel was because you did provide air conditioning in each room. Lastly, The free Wi-Fi did not work in our room so my 15 year old daughter would go to the lobby each night to use the Wi-Fi. Each night she heard of others in the hotel also complainng about the heat in their rooms. I think you cannot say you offer ac if it does not properly cool off the rooms. That is very misleading. !!! I will fill out a review on trip advisor and yelp after you have a chance to review my complaints and compensate accordingly. I will give you 2 weeks to let me know how you can right my stay in your Hotel. Good location

Everything was good except the wifi which was poor, often dropping out or hard to access. Location was good close to transport, cafes and Montmartre sights including Moulin Rouge. Our room was quiet..

Fab Stay

2 nights at €212 would have been nice if breakfast was included as then would have made it a 'luxury deal' memory foam mattress was great! Reception staff were lovely. Location was near Moulin Rouge with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Spacious and beautiful rooms in a well-situated hotel

We had two connectable rooms, which was a good solution for a family of 4 people. The rooms were beautifully furnished and spacious. The air-conditioning and wifi worked very well. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but ate in the room instead . The service could have been friendlier and the receptionist could have told us, that the taxi is much cheaper from the street than from the hotel (50 instead of 68 euros to the airport). Luckily we were able to cancel the taxi order after realizing that. But anyway, we would be happy to come back!
