Worn down beauty.

I stayed here for a weekend trip with spouse. It had been carefully planned and I had viewed all the top notch hotels in Frankfurt. I landed on this one due to its very central location. And it has: its location is for sure good. We were greeted by a nice member of the staff, and looked around in the reception area that is BEGGING to get a makeover. It looks old. And as the hotel has gone over a renovation process this might have changed but in october 2016 it had not. The lobby area is also very worn down. The staff looks crammed by a tight desk and it looks old -fasioned. I had ordered a double deluxe room in the renovated wing. And although its fixed it still has an aura of using cheap materials. It doesn't do the trick. Compared to other luxury hotels in its segment this is like its poorer cousin. Upside: Lovely staff at the: restaurant Oscars. We had two lunches and a dinner here and both had nice chats with the staff and good food. I would recommend to look for other options like Villa Kennedy or Jumeirah.

Very helpful and polite, the appearance is very good Please keep the good work as usual...Management and the team in the front desk as well the concierge very educated and great to deal with all guest wishes and requests.

Do not choose when paying from your own pocket...

You just expect way more from a 5-star hotel. The good things were that it was at a good location and quiet. Less attractive was that the room needed maintenance. Staff was politically friendly but lacked warmness and helpfulness. User experience needs to be improved. Overall feeling was that pretentious standard has empty promises.

we had a comfortable room but no tea/coffee making facility which is surprising for this type of hotelagain, one could expect an excellent choice of TV channels and media, this is not the case including the WIFI accessService was not consistent on a day to day basis ( For instance, we had water bottles one night, no bottles the following night, and just one bottle for two on the third night.)

Outstanding customer service and quality stay!

Stayed at the Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof in January 2017, and cannot speak highly enough of the staff and accommodation. The hotel is in a perfect location/setting in near proximity to central activities, services, shopping, etc. Additionally, the hotels decor and architecture is beautifully preserved, and the comfort of the rooms were beyond our expectation. Most importantly, I found the staff to be some of the most helpful and mindful. Specifically, we required assistance in shipping a couple boxes home to the United States. The staff left us worry free, took care of all the logistics, and followed up with us to keep us informed.

Vacations packages include round-trip flights, accommodations, round-trip transfers (unless outlined below) to and from the hotel, and tourist cards (if required, unless outlined below).

If selecting an all-inclusive resort option, the package will also include the all-inclusive features as outlined by each resort.
