Great location, Good hotel

We have stayed here for three nights. Location of the hotel is amazing, very central. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very modern. WiFi is very good. Spa (sauna's) is good as well.All the extra's are a bit pricey if you need something. But the service is very good: you just call for any amentie and they do their bzst to deliver it (although sometimes you need to wait a bit).Breakfast is a bit overpriced and make sure you book Deluxe room which is on the quiet part of the hotel and not on the mainroad.

Very Nice Hotel, Good Service

I had a very nice room, especially for a European hotel. A king sized bed, a large bathroom, lots of room to spread out, and a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee. The hotel serves a very nice breakfast that was included in my room price. They have a nice bar, a couple restaurants, a spa, and a nice workout facility. The service was friendly with most people able to speak English. I would certainly stay here again if I was in the area.

OK hotel with great service in a great location

The rooms are a bit old but kept very well . The beds are VERY comfortable as in most Westin's. The service is excellent and the neighborhood cant be beat. The train from the airport goes directly to the hotel. Shopping and restaurants a few steps from the hotel.

Nice experience

An overall nice hotel. The interior of main entrance is great .The room was decent but something was missing (still don't know).Bathroom was very clean and it looked as it was recently renovated Breakfast was fantastic , great variety of everything .I used the spa area (sauna and pool) it was ok . I have seen better interior. At pools area bar was at that moment a young girl working not looking happy being there .She passed many times next to us and never thought to ask if we need something .That was something I didn't really like.

Not up to Westin Standards

I travel a great deal so I know what to expect from Hotel. Base upon the price we paid(group of 3) for the rooms, I expect more and especially from a Westin. I wish i had read the reviews before booking the rooms. We got stuck on the 2nd floor, which is in the Basement. Rooms very dark and the bathroom stunk. I was in the bar late one night and saw a mouse go across the floor. Wouldn't recommend it again when our group goes back. If you have to stay, go above the 3rd floor. SPG members, it wont help you with an upgrade I found out.
