Holiday Inn Munich City Centre
- What's Included
Good location for this holiday inn, right above the S Bhan, if you want to use it, i would suggest using your feet and walk into central Munich, the rooms are all a good size, with the usual amenities in the room, mini bar, bath/shower, double, twins, i had a double with a city view, bed comfortable, breakfast selection is a good fare, can be busy though, as there were a lot a child tours there for ski-ing , apart from that , the staff are very friendly personable, and quick, worth a stay in Bavaria
Stayed at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre during December. Good well managed hotel that is a comfortable walk (approx 1km) from the centre of the city. The advantage of the short walk is that it reduces the room rate by quite a bit and the added benefit is that there is a nice walk across the river with views up and down. The hotel was very comfortable with a good bar area in the foyer which served light meals as well as drinks. The surrounding area has a number of restaurants and there is also a large supermarket in the nearby shopping arcade. Also fuel station next door with a '7/11' type store for smaller items.Rooms were quite large and clean with a good bathroom.Staff and service was very good and helpful particularly with finding the way around. Also an ATM in the foyer

Best hotel choice in Munich for families. We had a 2-double-bed configuration room which meant 2A+2C slept comfortably. Personally prefer Holiday Inn due to their kids stay and eat for free! Breakfast buffet was very good with heaps of choices including an Asian section. Great location too- access to S-Bahn directly to/from hotel. S8 would take you straight to the airport and Marienplatz is 2 stops away if you don't feel like walking and have a day pass anyway. Close to shops, supermarket (Aldi and Hit) and restaurants. If it's not Sunday, it will be open!Would definitely stay here again.
