My 800 US and gold bracelet being stolen from my room the day after I arrived at the hotel. The worst thing was the hotel staff did not take seriously my complaint and did not want to do anything to find out how could it happen. I insisted to talk to the manager who was staying in the US on the phone. She promised me to do everything even search through the data system to find out who has been in my room, but unfortunately she did not come with information she promissed for almost a week then I left home with out any justification. I made a police notification but lead nowhere. My vacation was completely ruined. Be carefull for your valuefull items!! If you stay in this hotel.Johannes from Sweden
We stay at this hotel for a couple of days prior to our return home. The hotel has been updated and the room was small, but clean. It is located across from the main train terminal. The area is okay during the day, but it didn't feel safe in the evening. This is an area where you don't want to be arriving to your hotel very late at night. Coming from a hotel in Sorrento were the front desk was very helpful, we found the front desk at the hotel not as helpful or friendly. Therefore, we didn't bother asking them for any help.
We stayed at this hotel twice. On the way up and then back. More superior room first time. Huge bathroom but no where to hang anything . They say if you hang up your towels they save the washing, but there is nowhere except to throw them over the bath. A few hooks would be a great idea. Also we only got what I would call hand towels for the bathroom. Very small. Also no tissues. The glasses for drinking etc are very thin plastic. When I asked for some proper glasses I was asked to return them as soon as we had finished! Breakfast was pretty good except trying to get a hot cup of tea was impossible. The bed on the way back was extremely hard oh and room service -there is none. You want something you have to go get it at the desk downstairs.
The only good thing about this place is the location. It's right opposite Roma termini. Other than that nothing good. We were booked through cox and kings. The ladies at the reception are very rude and uncooperative. Food is good. Rooms very small. Hospitality zero
