They claim to be a 4star Hotel, but it actually acts like 1 star hotel. The staff is completely unprepared and rude. We arrived at the reception around 12PM on the 28th of December and we have been asked by the reception girl to take a sit in their main area (the size of a small closet). As we had 2 rooms we asked if they can be on the same floor and also if we can do the checkin' a bit early. We were told to wait by the same girl. At 2PM we went to ask them again and we were told that the room aren't ready as we should wait. At 2:15PM we asked again and they said it's almost ready. Soon after someone, a young man, came with 2 sets of keys and gave us rooms of 2 different floor without any apologies about the delays. When we were heading towards the elevator and passing reception my mom caught the reception girl giving us dirty looks and making a sarcastic face. Pretty sure if this was the check-out and we would have been in the room until 12:15 they would have charged us for another day no questions asked. As I said extremely rude receptionist and pretty sure she was a bit racist when she saw our nationality.Speaking of the rooms - they are really really small - even for a hobbit. No light at all (natural or artificial) - so if you are planing in doing your make-up forget about it.I will continue this review after the full week that I'm going to (regret) be here.Stay tuned.
We stayed 5 nights here. Our standard double room had a king size bed and our room was spotlessly clean along with the bathroom although not a huge room it was good enough for 2 of us. The Hotel has facilities for leaving your luggage which we found useful. The housekeeping staff were very conscientious and hard working. The reception on the TV was poor but we weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't a problem. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the waiting staff pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Rome and when our feet couldn't take any more walking we hopped on the Metro and we were back at the Hotel within minutes. There were a few homeless people near the termini but they kept themselves to themselves and didn't cause us any worry.
Hotel is fantastic. Bar room is small and there's no restaurant in the hotel. Room was great even though it's small was still a great standard room in Rome. Hotel staff is friendly and cleaning/services was top. Would want to go there again if we ever go back to Rome.
Too loud, too small room, too small bed, too small TV, too poor breakfast => This is not a 4****-Hotel. I got a very small room for single use on the first floor at the street side of the house. It was one of the smallest rooms I have ever seen in a hotel. The bed was shorter than average. There is heavy traffic (italian kind -> drivers making use of their horns at any occasion) until late at night due to the train station on the opposite side of the street. Traffic starts again at early morning. So too less sleep as well.
Wow - Amazing Hotel - Great Location, everything you need is right at their doorstep.Convenient and easy to find & access. The staff is wonderful and nice to deal with. They make your entire stay effortless. At the front desk, the ladies are hardworking, multi-tasking and making sure your every inquiry is answered without neglecting any other clients walking in. Fatima has been there for years and is very good at what she does. She can check you in quickly and spend extra time with you if needed. She is an excellent asset to the hotel and it wouldn't be the same without her. When making reservations, she and as well, Valerie, answer your emails the same day and can reserve any room you like without hesitation. You can trust that you will have a room ready for you when you arrive. They guarantee Peace of Mind !!Thanks to them for another memorable visit to Rome and stay at the beautiful Hotel !!
