A very poor hotel where house keeping keeps towels on toilet seat while making the room.A complain is registered but not a freck of apology .Check a.c. U will ring how good hhouse keeping staff maintains the place.People with dust aleries. Please stay away.
We stayed in this hotel for five nights. The room was clean and of a good size. The beds were comfortable although there was not a full good nights sleep to be had. Nothing to do with the comfort of the bed to the fact that the air conditioning in the room could not cope with the extra high temperatures. This was not helped by the fact that it was positioned in a most radiculous position with what cold air was coming out hit a shelf above it. When we requested a fan to help circulate the air they did not have any.When it was cool enough to open the window we had to cope with a very noisy busy street.As there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room we asked if it was possible to have one brought up. We were told yes at a charge of €10 per day extra. We managed to purchase a small kettle from a local shop for €19 which was light and did the job just fine.Breakfast,which was included was very basic. The hot choice was scrambled egg and sausages or hard boiled eggs with an array of sweet cakes and croissants. Cereal and yogurt was also available. We never saw anyone come and change the scrambled eggs and we assumed they were left there until completely gone, which could have been anytime from start at 6.30 - 10am.
I had read really poor reviews of this hotel before we left and, as a consequence, gained assurance from Riviera Travel that our room would be up to standard. (Previous reviews had spoken about broken air conditioning - cold and intermittent showers and a carpet that one chap described as so dirty that he thought it was "infected". We were obviously put in one of the refurbished rooms and there were no problems. The staff here had also been described as surly and rude but the ones we dealth with were delightful - including giving us free Prosecco when we dined in at the hotel - in despite of refurbishment going on around us. The food wasn't bad - steak uite good for the money but the "fish and chips" was a tiny packet - more of a snack than a main meal. The location is good - at the top of the Borghese gardens and near tram and bus stops into central Rome.
Così come avevo criticato anni fa la struttura fatiscente, ora non posso che esprimere tutta la mia soddisfazione nel ritrovare un albergo ben ristrutturato, con personale molto gentile ed efficiente, colazione buona e stanze (soprattutto quelle appena risistemate) molto spaziose e pulite. Ci venivo prima, ci torno molto molto volentieri adesso.Lo consiglio.
Деловая поездка совмещенная с шопингом.Направляясь в очередной раз в Рим, по традиции решили вновь остановиться в отеле "Beverly Hills".В этот раз были приятно удивлены,в отеле произошла реконструкция.Холл в классическом стиле с библиотекой,приятные цвета,отличный дизайн, при входе установлены статуи из бронзы.Отель - идеально расположен!Удобное расположение ко всем достопримечательностям и зоне шопинга.Дo всех основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком,в шаговой доступности железнодорожный вокзалТермини,Колизей,вилла Боргезе,очень красивый фонтан Треви,улицы с магазинами,брендовые бутики. Комфортно и мило.Интернет работал отлично.Компетентный и очень внимательный персонал.Чисто, уборка ежедневная,завтраки очень вкусные с домашними пирогами.Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство и радушие. Вернемся снова и снова!Рекомендую!!Лучшее место для римских каникул!С первых минут чувствуешь себя как в гостях у хороших друзей. Он предлагает все условия для прекрасного отдыха.В отеле есть отличнейший ресторан и бар.Кухня на высоком уровне!Интерьер очень уютный,живые цветы,свечи,удобные диванчики с подушками.В отеле есть так же милая терраса,где можно отдохнуть и насладиться лучшим кофе в вечном городе.Испытываю только приятные впечатления.Нам повезло найти такое замечательное место!
