We stayed here for 3 nights whilst on a Riviera holiday after 4 nights in Arezzo which had been good. Initially the room looked good though dated. There was only room/bar service for evening meals so we ate out. Breakfast was limited no fresh fruit and very little hot food. The butter was 'off' so we complained. Some staff were good but the poorer ones were awful - arrogant and unhelpful. Our door key failed 3/4 times and had to be re programmed . On the last day our luggage was stored without proper security and when we collected it we were told to help ourselves which was worrying for people who had been advised by Riviera Travel to leave passports inside luggage.
We stayed for three nights here as part of a Riviera Tours holiday. We came with some trepidation having read many unfavourable trip advisor reviews but our experiernce was very positive. The hotel was clean, modern, luxurious and very friendly. Our room was well-appointed and we slept well in a comfortable bed. Breakfast was buffet style but ample and satisfying. It got a bit busy on our last morning when several parties were departing but the staff kept things moving affably. Everyone here was courteous and helpful and we would definitely stay again.
We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, the air conditioning was not working when we arrived, the shower head was leaking from the side and blocked with limescale .The staff were anything but helpful. The Barman was under pressure all the time as the also did the room service. Wifi was 5.50 per day and did not work, they also charge 10.00 per day for a kettle! The safe in the room was locked and never fixed despite several requests to get it open.
Location a little out the way but it's a nice walk through Borghese Park.Taxis were reasonable though ,we had a few back from various places in the centre of Rome .Friendly nice polite staff ,very clean and room done everyday .Breakfast was good with a variety of choices overall for the price we paid was great .
If you're used to hostels, this is only one step up. Tick in my room, shower didn't work, A/C was not functional. Avoid at all costs. Located outside the city so you have to take a cab everywhere. Pictures don't capture the current condition of this "hotel"
