My boyfriend and I stayed at the H10 Roma Citta from 22nd April - 25th April 2017.The hotel was wonderfully clean and modern and I have nothing negative to say about it - at all! The rooms were tidy, the beds comfy and the rooms spacious - room 109 was anyway! Some reviews I read claimed it is too far "out" from the centre of Rome - I actually liked that! I would catch the bus up to Trastevere each morning with my Boyfriend and have breakfast overlooking the fountain in the Piazza and then onto the centre of Rome! Perfect! It meant i saw much more of the surroundings and the food was cheaper and actaully, better! Coffee next to the attractions are more expensive, as is the food, so by eating away from them, i saved so much money!I loved this hotel and the area and would stay here again.
I initially chose this hotel because it had a pool, unfortunately the pool wasn't open yet. But we still had a great stay, the hotel is in a fairly residential area; but a 5 min walk takes you to Marconi where there are shops and coffee bars and the bus is 20 mins right into the Historic Rome area. We ate in Travestevere quite a lot, which is a charming cobble street area with lots of restaurants and bars. That was also easy to get to from the hotel, we either wandered up Marconi to the tram and caught the 8 or if we were feeling lazy jumped on the bus to the tram stop. The staff were all very friendly and the service was excellent, we ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was very good. My only comment about the restaurant would be the lighting, it's very bright and could do with some more subtle lighting I think. Our room was excellent and nice and quiet on an evening, I also liked that you could open the window, some robes in the rooms would be a nice touch. They offer a buffet breakfast which we didn't do, we did do room service a few times and found it very good value for money. All in all we had a fab time and when we come back to Rome we would definitely stay here again.
We travelled to Rome during Easter, I was travelling with my little baby girl, and forgot our camera along with her belt of her dress and i m shattered that these people didn't have the cutesy to be honest enough to return our camera, they were not at all helpful. Really i would not recomment this hotel at all, really really disappointed
Lovely hotel, and really good selection for breakfast. Not in city centre but so easy to jump on the bus which took 15/20 minutes to get there. Also about 10/15 minute walk to the train and tram station. Stayed over my birthday and was delighted to receive a complimentary bottle of prosecco from the hotel! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here.
This is a nice and modern hotel in Rome not so far from the city center (20 min taxi). Located in the Marconi area (quiet and full of nice shops), south of Trastevere district. The rooms are clean and big enough. The bar and the restaurant are very good. The parking area is below the hotel and is not expensive. Unfortunately the shuttle service to go and come back from the city center is no more available.
