There were not really any problems easy check in and check out, clean rooms with fine day to day cleaning breakfast was fine there were what was needed, and a pleasent staff who was kind to answer questions you have.
Loved this place! The breakfast was so abundant and delicious. The hotel staff, particularly the people at the front desk, were very helpful and professional. Rooms were clean. Nicely stocked and affordable mini bar. Free toiletries, laundry bag, extra blankets and pillows, slippers and shower caps provided. Samsung TV with lots of channels, including a couple in English and other languages. The location isn't walkable to any of Rome's main attractions - the Metro is necessary. Thus, being far from the bustle, the location is a bit boring. Just a couple of minor points off for the spotty wifi which they had advertised so proudly. The outlet on my side of the bed was used for the lamp, and the super heavy headboard covered it, so I could only use one outlet which was far from my bed.
Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and we couldn't be happier with the value for money and great customer service we received. Staff were amazing - speaking english to us and making us feel very welcome. We're both quite shy people, but the staff made us feel very at ease, so much so that I felt brave enough to ask reception for an adaptor!Location was also brilliant. The hotel is a pleasant 15 min walk from Bologna metro, which is only 5-10 minutes away from the very centre of Rome. We were on a tight budget, and having a great supermarket directly opposite ('Simply') was ideal for picking up snacks and lunch stuff. The room itself was quite small, and the bathroom lighting was gloomy (yellow with no natural light), but this was redeemed by the lovely balcony and comfortable bed.Our coffee machine didn't work, which was a shame, but we were able to drink as many coffees we wanted to at breakfast every morning, which is served 7.00-10.30. Overall, despite a few criticisms, our stay was highly enjoyable. The breakfast was superb, as was the garden area, and the staff were excellent and friendly.
Hotel Delle Province is a boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Rome. The hotel is a modern mid size hotel run efficiently. My family of 4, including 2 children 18 and 12 years old, stayed in the junior suite which comfortably slept us 4. (They could improve the sofa bed though) We've had bigger rooms in other hotels, and when 4 in a room, every inch of space matters, but this was adequate for us and furthermore. Tastefully decorated. The bathroom was spacious enough and fresh towels were never short of supply. Our room had a small balcony too. Mini ref was stocked with beverages and snacks and all at surprisingly reasonable prices, It's a 5 minute walk to the both the Bologna Metro station, or the Tiburtina train station, and with Rome's simple Metro system, that connects you to just about anyplace in the city within a few stops. But what really made this hotel stand out was the outstanding service, particularly of the front desk and housekeeping. Thank you to Fiorella and Luca in particular who were always friendly and warm and going out of their way to help us out. I also should mention that the hotel happily agreed to store 2 pieces of luggage I had shipped to Rome 2 weeks ahead of our arrival. Professional, flexible, friendly, and good service is their #1 quality. I recommend the Hotel Delle Province to those visiting Rome, especially for families. We had an A1 experience here. Will definitely stay here again.
Very friendly staff, ready to go the extra mile to offer help and assistance. Good location, clean hotel environment, and has a buffet breakfast with a variety to choose from. Room was clean, however, the A/C needs to be serviced as it was struggling to cool off the room.
