Stayed here overnight only. We initially got a room with the facilities not working properly but they were able to immediately transfer us to another room. The breakfast at the rooftop area was quite good. If you don't mind being away from the city center, I think this hotel would be good enough. It was not that far from the Rome Tiburtina station and the Bologna metro. Most of the staff are courteous and helpful and most importantly, the reception speaks good English :)
Extremely well priced. Only 3 stops on the metro from termi station. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms adequate size, v clean, supplied with towels and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast basic but perfect. Nice little Irish bar across the road for a night cap! Would definitely stay here again
The location of this hotel is ideal for those who want to be out of the centre of Rome, but with easy access to the main tourist sites. The nearest Metro Station, 'Bologna' is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and from there it is 3 stops to Termini Station. The hotel itself is very welcoming, and the staff are very polite. I was travelling with my Mum and we requested a twin room.We were accommodated on the ground floor of the hotel; the room was next to Reception and it also backed on to the Hotels Garden. My Mum didn't get one decent night sleep out of the 3 nights we were here; the Reception Staff made no effort to appreciate people are trying to sleep late at night with doors constantly banging. We also had to deal with the noise from the garden, (this is to be expected I understand, but not until the early hours of the morning). The rooms itself was clean and tidy, towels were changed daily, and the beds were also made on a daily basis. However... every shower we had was cold, lukewarm at it's best. We spoke to other guests, and they informed us that they had hot water. We questioned the reception staff 3 times, and the issue was never resolved. Apparently the temperature of the water was acceptable. Unsurprisingly I now have a stinking cold! On the third and final night, after yet another cold shower, I confronted the staff once more. The manager at the time apologised profusely, and in an attempt to make amends offered us free drinks from the bar for that evening. The following morning upon checkout, the local tax fee was also wavered by the hotel, which was extremely kind of them. My only suggestion for other travellers is to ensure you don't have a room on the ground floor. The staff are polite, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is of a decent standard.
This hotel is pretty centrally located in Rome, and you can get to most sights by metro (nearest station 500 m away), or bus (stop just across the street). The area has many shops and restaurants by itself. The rooms were clean, well furnished and had all one could need. Service was very quick.
It's an average quality budget hotel and good for short stays. Hotel's location is convenient. It's 10-min walking distance from Bologna metro station and 10-min metro ride away from the city center. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. The room was decent size and clean; beds and bathroom were good for an average hotel. However, there were no hand soap or shower gel in the bathroom, which was weird and bothered us, so we had to go and get it from the hotel staff. Their open-buffet style breakfast was nice and delicious, so we liked it. Another thing I wasn't satisfied with was their free wifi internet connection. The connection was very strong and fast in the lobby area but I could barely connect to the internet in my room. In this regard, I suggest the hotel improving on this. Besides, everything was good overall. If I go back to Rome, I would consider staying at Hotel Delle Province again. Recommended for short stay and budget travelers.
