Fantastic Location!

Stayed here for two nights in winter. The hotel is charming, with friendly staff and clean facilities. It is ideally close to Roma Termini, and next door to the theatre. There are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance, including the colosseum and the Spanish Steps. The breakfast has a good assortment of options and some rooms have balconies that offer views of the street. If we are in Rome again, we will certainly return!

Nice location, comfy beds

This hotel is a few blocks from the Termini station, so easy to get to. Also walking distance to everything in Rome except the Vatican area. Beds were extremely comfortable. The windows on the 3rd floor had little lights that come on at night and shine into the windows. Don't forget to check in between the curtain and white liner for the thicker plastic curtain to make it dark. The little lights will shine in anyway, so you have to ask the front desk to turn them off at night. Which they did for us.The big problem is that starting in Oct this hotel (and many of them do this) only have heat on. You can't adjust the temp, except more heat. When it's 60 degrees out, this makes for a very hot room. The only way to cool it down is to open the windows, which we did during the day to cool off the room. Can't sleep with window open at night because of street noise (which was NOT too bad). We were sweating most nights. Gross. Not the easier place to sleep, even though the bed was comfy.Breakfast was ok. Was typical for Italy- lots of breads which I don't eat. Only got to have hard boiled eggs and lunch meats (yes, for breakfast). And coffee was instant. I could smell the Nescafe a mile away. Coffee in Italy is not particularly good anyway, so you gotta just expect that.

Good location with fair price

Nice place for those who wish to stay close to the Roma station. We were three people sharing one standard room, so the room became a bit crowded but it was good enough for a short stop by. The breakfast served was also nice!

Great location, great staff

Went here about 2 weeks ago and had a wonderful time! We were traveling from England and was landing in quite an early flight so requested early arrival! Obviously we knew this wasn’t guaranteed but fortunately when we arrived which was around 12pm a room was ready and we could check in. We booked one of the rooms with triple occupancy and wasn’t dissapointed. The room was very spacious and very clean. I must commend the housekeeping team for doing such a remarkable job! At check in the receptionist and front desk team in general were very friendly and was kind enough to give us a map and also explain where all the major sites could be found! The hotel is in a wonderful location as well because it’s not too far from the major sites. Special thanks to Mr. Mario and Mr Gianluca who were exceptional in their service. Breakfast was also included in our rate which I was quite pleased with. It was basic but substantial. WiFi was also very fast which I was quite pleased with as well. Taxi to the airport was organized by the reception and came quite quickly so you don’t have to worry about this. All in all a very lovely hotel and I would certainly go back if in Rome again. Highly recommended!

Great location. Helpful staff. Breakfast included

This was my first trip to Rome and I got very lucky in my choice of hotels. The hotel was within waking distance to many stores and restaurants and only a quick taxi-ride away from the touristy sites that we wanted to see. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a plus. The staff was extremely helpful in offering restaurant advice, requesting taxis, and arranging transportation to the airport. It was a great value for the money!
