The most important is that the hotel is close to termini station.Old hotel and the smell was bad.Wifi only at 4th floor.Litlle rooms but clean. At the basement of the hotel we had our breakfast and the smell down there ,was awful. At the reception was the best person to help us every time..i don't remember his name but he had england accent. The others were not polite
Four of us stayed here for 2 nights in January. Our rooms were very basic. However, the heater in one room did not work and in the other it was noisy. Breakfast was disappointing, being the bare minimum. Both rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The actual hotel is quite tricky to find. The sign outside is not working properly and only part of it lights up in the dark. There are a number of places called Termini or Terminal in the same area.
Booked a triple room for 6 nights. Basic accommodation. Air conditioning didn't work properly, had to leave shutters open as was too warm. Shower was tiny, sometimes with cold water. In room fridge stopped working. Breakfast was minimal. Good location, near train station.
AVOID THE HOTEL AT ALL COST !!! I have stayed here for two nights, and it has to be THE WORST hotel I have stayed in!!First of all the cleanliness of the little tiny rooms you're in is BEYOND acceptable! Dirty taps in the bathroom, dirty toilet and bath, rude and unprofessional reception staff, noisy streets meaning you cannot get any sleep due to some sort of a night club nearby.Hair on bathroom floor, no curtains in the room, no throws or anything on the bed - just bed sheets. The list could go on. The older gentleman on reception is VERY rude, and disrespectful. I don't understand how he got his job, because his behaviour and the way he just ignores the guests when there is an issue is unacceptable. When I told the man I was very unhappy with the room he just shrugged his shoulders and when I pointed this out, he literally started talking to another gentleman WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING TO HIM!!! Lack of sympathy from the man, and him not being apologetic AT ALL just shows his incompetence and lack of professionalism in his job, which completely saddened our. stay. The only reason why I ended up in this hotel is due to us being out-booked there from our own hotel, and I encourage all of you to AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST !!! Go to other hotels to avoid disappointment from unprofessional staff and to ensue you do not catch any diseases from the horrible dirty rooms.
We stayed at this hotel a few years ago so thought it was an obvious choice on our return to Rome,Everything about the hotel is very basic, The room is quite small but e nough wardrobe space for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean and changed on alternate days. There is also a safe in the room that does not incur an extra charge,The bathroom again was quite small and on the downside the hot water was very unpredictable, when I mentioned this I was told it was due to the water pressure and to wait 10 minutes, not very good reallyThe breakfast was very basic but adequate. Choice of cereals .coissants and bread, plenty of tea and coffee choices. There was some noise from the street below but ear plugs would block this out. The hotel is well situated to the Termini Station and The Colosseum is about a 15minute walk away, The hop on and off bus goes from the Termini Station and this is a good way of seeing the major sights of the City. This can be booked at the Hotel reception and you save 2/3 euros doing it this way.We also used the hotel shuttle service to and from the airport. This takes the stress out of the transfer as the driver is waiting at the airport for you so worth the extra euros. All in all we enjoyed our stay here, Itf you just want a base with no fuss this is a good place to stay
