The hotel did the job for sure. And I would definitely recommend this place if you're going to Rome to sightsee. It's close to everything in the city and everything is accessible. The staff are nice and friendly. It wasn't the cleanest of rooms though and the shower system is in desperate need of updating. Most mornings the hot water wasn't running. But would come on at random times and scold you. And also the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The breakfast was okay but there isn't a lot of variety. It's either cereal or continental. It's all very dry and sweet. You'll find yourself wanting a fry up by the end of your stay. But can't complain too much as I thoroughly enjoyed the Nutella filled croissant, and at first it is a nice change of pace from what I'm used to at home. All in all I would recommend staying here if you're after a sightseeing trip to Rome. But if you want a grand hotel experience this one isn't for you! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay though so thank you Hotel Terminal!
The room is not huge but good enough for a trip, especially since we were only there for a good night sleep. Which we had - airconditioning, good beds and no noise what so ever. Staff was very friendly, they were helpfull in providing me the extras to surprise my husband on our anniversary. Flowers and wine were brought into the room on arrival ! Great service. Breakfast was good enough for italian standards. And for sure the mini bar prices were good. Plus the fact that public transport was close I would recommend this place. To rate the property is always difficult but given the price, the friendly staff, the clean room and the good beds I would rate it as very good compared to the price payed.
Horrible, salle, odorant, ne ressemble en aucun point à la photo...Pour la deuxième fois de ma vie de voyageur, je suis parti en pleine nuit trouver un nouvel hôtel... La réalité est très différente de la photo du site...Horrible, dirty, strange smell...For the second time of my traveling life, I leaved the hotel to find an other room...See below the real pictures that are so different from the website pics!Schlechtes hotel ...
Pros:*24 hour reception, staff were friendly and helpful.*mini bar prices in room were reasonable*room cleaned everyday and toiletries topped up*very close to the train station - handy. Cons:*Breakfast was very minimal; bread, cereal, and apple or an orange - same every day. Wasn't great. Coffee was from a machine and not fresh. Would have expected a bit more of a fruit selection or some ham etc. Bread got a bit boring by day 5. Disappointed. * The room was very loud, could hear people shouting in the street and bin collections early each morning so didn't sleep very well. *Carpet in room was pretty stained. *There is no iron/ironing board available in the hotel so it's not ideal for a business trip or if you're planning to wear any shirts! The hotel is good enough if you're using it as a bed to sleep in only, but bit deceived by booking.com pictures!
My husband and I stayed here for two nights. Rooms were small but perfectly cosy. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and even let us check in early which we were extremely grateful for. Would definitely recommend!
