Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Suites. Had a great time. The food options at the buffet seemed almost endless, probably put on 10 lbs while I was there! Every one of the staff members were friendly and helpful. All the people in the restaurants, the bars, poolside, spa, casino, front desk, maintenance, and the event staff were great. Spent time poolside, snorkeling, watching night entertainment, and playing in the planned activities. The staff went out of their way to make me happy. Just sorry i don't remember all the names to give them the recognition they deserve! Would definitely go back! PS Try the Jamaican Smile!
Recently stayed at this resort at end of November 2016. The amenities were second to none and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Trevor our omelette chef who made everything from over easy to scrambled to one and two egg omelettes for us! Will definitely be going back to this resort!
Our November 2016 stay at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites was far and away the best vacation I've had in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The quality of this hotel - from the service and amenities to the hotel staff and rooms - is phenomenal. Personalized, friendly check in and constant attention to our needs made this hotel one of the best I've ever stayed at. Now, a few details to aid your decision:PROS: Value for the price; outstanding staff service; excellent rooms; excellent air conditioning; food; pool and beach; evening live shows/entertainment.CONS: For some reason, they want to "animate" the pool crowd with some game or event in the late mornings, and they do it by megaphone. It's not necessary and it's too loud. ROOMS: Wonderful, clean rooms with powerful and quick air conditioning. Superb maid service; I'd leave her a couple bucks each day on the bed -- well worth it.POOL / BEACH: Clean, plenty of chairs / umbrellas and well laid out. AMENITIES: The Dressel Dive Shop is fantastic. Sergio and Romy will take great care of you, and they operate an extremely professional, safe and friendly shop.
I stayed at the Iberostar Rose hall Suite back in June of 2013 for my 40th with five of my girlfriends. We had the most amazing time we decide to go back a second time. This time around we were celebrating two of my girlfriends birthdays. This resort is great for groups/girls trip. What stood out more the second time around was how friendly and helpful the staffs were. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do. From the moment we arrive to the moment we left our Bell Man (David Raymond) was extremely helpful and courteous. Same goes for the front desk manager Andre who was so accommodating when we wanted to change our room. The entertainment at the Iberostar Suites is the best I've ever experienced and I've stayed at many 5 stars hotels on the Island. The entertainment staffs always puts on a great show every night and during the day they are always out and about interacting with the guests. One of my favorites was Peaches, he was hilarious and always have you laughing. There was never a dull moment when he was around. The Spa & Gym facilities are what you would expect to find at five star resorts. What was different for me is the support staff that they have working in the gym. They had over six personal trainers that were there assisting guests (if needed). Andre, Richie & Darren were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The food was on par & there were many A la cart options to choose from. Over all the Iberostar Resort have something for all ages and its facilities and staff made for a memorable vacation. Two thumbs up :)
I visited the suites November 6-13. My stay was wonderful! Check In - We arrived at the hotel at around 6pm. We were greeted with a drink during check in and Sean was very helpful in the process. We were upgraded to an ocean view room as apart of our wedding package. After we saw our room we went to dinner and explored the property. The property was gorgeous after dark so we were excited to wake up and see what it would be like in the morning. We were not dissappointed. The grounds are emaculate. The beach is gorgeous ( a little rocky but water shoes can help with that). We always saw someone doing something to maintain the grounds, but always in a very quiet, discreet manner. Daily entertainment was actually fun. I read plenty of reviews before my trip and I didn't even think I would participate in things like that but PEACHES, HOLLYWOOD & CARLOS MONTANA are great and make it so much fun!! Food - For me personally, the food was great. There were lots of different things to choose from and I really felt like we were eating food that was less "pumped up" and more natural than the food we have here in the states. We were able to try a few different restaurants but I honestly could have been satisfied with the buffet the entire time. Pool: I can't forget the infinity pool and the lazy river. Both so nice and the swim up bar was great! There were some bees but we never got stung. JULES & CHRISTOPHER were great. They remembered my husband's drink of choice. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, the entertainment is actually fun but I must agree with the many reviews I read before my trip. The PEOPLE are what make Jamaica and Iberostar a success in my eyes. They are genuine and made our trip wonderful. Thanks to NICOLE & SIMONE our wedding was wonderful. These two ladies make it seem so easy. All of our guests enjoyed themselves and can't wait to go back. I have to mention again Sean at the front desk. We never felt rushed when we stopped to chat with him. He even made some great suggestions for local snacks we could get for our guests for our welcome bags. Our concierge, Trudy Ann was wonderful too!Long story short, WE LOVED IBEROSTAR!
