Iberostar Rose Hall Suites

We first arrived and the room wasn't ready we waited several hours I paid for a junior suite I really was wondering what a standard room looks like. The halls are dark not enough lightning. There is a lot of walking to do from your room to lobby.Dining room very hot no air conditioning which it makes it very uncomfortable during your meals. I didn't like the way they preserved most of the foods especially the fish sushi for one not on ice just lights bearing down on them Shrimp cocktail warm under the lights also the cheeses not on ice so warm and the deserts nothing on ice. The decor in the rooms nothing to write home about The runner and throw pillows on the bed were old with fuzz balls and also the curtains time to get new ones. I do have to say the staff was wonderful couldn't do enough for you.Mr Miguel Fuscia who is the owner you should visit your hotels, walk the halls and sit in your dining rooms to eat 3 meals and tell me how you like it. Your employees work very hard to keep up your hotels.
Just got home after a lovely ten day family vacation at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. Short bus trip from MB Airport, smooth check-in, incredible food at buffets and a la carte restaurants, and spectacular beach and ocean. Room was clean and big enough for us and our teenage son. Upgrade to Ocean Front meant stunning ocean views from our room and balcony morning and evening. Easy to book sailing was included and a great afternoon on the water. Staff is a well-trained and dedicated team. Very impressed: Security, Check-In, Concierge, Room Service, and bar/ wait staff all 100% pleasant professionals. Perfect hot and sunny weather.Eating at Aunt Ruby's on the beach was a highlight. We did day trips to Blue Hole (Ocho Rios) and Rick's in Negril for some cliff jumping and really enjoyed both. Thank you to Iberostar and RHS team in Jamaica. A blessing to spend time with you...respect.
The Iberostar Rose Hall Suites was amazing. The atmosphere, the hospitality of everyone that works there, the rooms were great, everything was clean, and the accommodations were outstanding. Dinner at the Steak House was the best ribeye I've ever had. Looking forward to coming again. Would recommend to everyone.
We got married at Iberostar in Montego Bay and stayed there for 11 days. The hotel was spotless the food especially in the Hibachi in the Beach hotel was excellent. The staff and people in Jamaica were more than accommodating and went out of their way for myself my son wife family and friends. The People of Jamaica are the friendliest people in the Caribbean. We hope to visit Iberostar again very soon!
I just returned home from a week vacation with my family, five of us in total. We all went around and we're talking about the best and worst part of our vacation, and not one of us could find a negative thing at all. The only thing I will say is the food options for vegans are very limited. Also, make sure to bring water shoes. It was quick and easy to check in and check out. The entertainment staff was absolutely amazing. Star friends Ricky Hollywood and Carlos Montana made our trip so enjoyable and ensured we were super comfortable and got involved in activities. Make sure you visit the bartender Christopher (there are 2, the one I went to had a nice smile and cute dimples and is always at different bars) and ask for a Sting Ray drink, it's amazing! The men in the front/outside of the lobby who help you get cabs were very helpful and informative. They helped us to set up a cab to take us to and from Dunns River falls and ensure our safety. Something to know about the cabs is that the cab actually waits while you are at the falls and does not leave you, so there is no worry about miscommunication or being fearful of not having a ride back. We had the cab all day long just for our family, so there was no dropping off or picking up others it was like having our own private tour. We had just went to the falls, but the driver would have taken us anywhere else we wanted to go as well, we had him for as long as we wanted. The price was very reasonable, it was cheaper then to go on a tour, and very safe.Although it may be looked at by some as too touristy, Dunns River Falls is a must! It was so beautiful and being able to climb the falls was a great experience. Don't worry about it being too hard or scary, there were people of all different builds and ages. After climbing the falls my family went back to the beach, where you start, and spent time in the ocean there, The beach and the views were beautiful. Just make sure to bring water shoes with you for climbing up the water falls.Fenton, Kaitlyn, and Greg were great to on the Luminous Lagoon excursion with. Something to inquire about as soon as you get there is the one fee for all of the candid pictures taken of you and your family for the length of your stay. This is something great to start from the beginning since regardless of how many pictures are taken it is the same price if you choose that package. There are always photographers floating around who will be more than happy to take your picture by the pool, beach, and within the hotel.MOBAY is definitely not worth the extra money to get in and out of the airports quicker, since it was so quick to begin with.
