Great hotel with friendly staff

This was our first time staying at the Charela Inn. We loved it! We stayed for 10 days. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and efficient. We had an ocean front room. It was a large comfortable, tastefully decorated room with a GREAT balcony. Our rooms were cleaned every morning while we were at breakfast.The beachfront at Charela Inn is the best on the 7 mile beach! The beach area is big and clean with plenty of chairs and lots of shade and room for sunbathing. The pool is very nice with beautiful gardens surrounding it. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner at the restaurant too! The waitstaff are so friendly. In fact, every employee at Charela that we encountered was extremely friendly! Can't wait to return in December!

Charela inn is a very nice and clean hotel at the best part of the beach in Negril.The furnisch and rooms are old but it doesnt matter. The feeling is warm, cosy and welcoming. Real jamaican style.The service is spotless and we loved the girls at the breakfast and dinner.The chief is great! Best food in Jamaica! Good educated chief! They can cook!We saw the owners every night in the restaurant it was nice.I think they have worked hard to do this place what it is! Good work!The hotel have many regulars and I can imagine why.The best hotel in Negril!! Can highly recommend it! Best regards Sandra from Sweden

Lovely Hotel

Stayed here at the last minute and was very happy they had a room and it was beach view! BeCh area was great and water crystal clear. Very clean and convenient location to other restaurants even though the food was very good at Charela's.

Beautiful Beach, Beautiful People,

This was our third trip to Negril and each time we've stayed at Charela, it's just the perfect place for us! We truly love the staff, everyone's so pleasant and helpful and just makes you feel so welcome, in fact they have really come to be a great part of our vacation experience here, the rooms are extremely clean and well attended to, the beach is truly THE BEST beach on Seven Mile, the property is extremely safe and is just the right size, there are so many wonderful things about this property, it feels like home the moment we arrive!!!! Every visit we make to Negril will be spent here!!!!

lovely place

I stayed here around the time for the big party called dream weekend.The place is wonderful, its located right on the beach of negril, the staff there always greet you with a smile, always feel safe and for the rooms they are luxurious i must say. Great place to stay in negril. :)
