Very happy with our week at Moon Palace.

A very special thank you to Ramon Navarro and Lulu Flores for answering any questions and being very informative about the area. We loved to see them in the lobby because they always had a smile and something nice to say. So many of the employees were absolutely wonderful, but we had some exceptional people. Odain from the piano club, and the life guard Milveton were really the nicest people we have had the opportunity to meet. Also, Sophia from the breakfast buffet was very nice.The only disappointment was, we were not too happy with the breakfast buffet and with some of the servers. We never had an issue before with any palace resorts so we were a little upset. The rooms here are not as big as other palace resorts but they were very clean.

Amazing Vacation!!!

I just returned from a 10-day trip. We had an amazing time. My husband and I spent the first three days alone and stayed in the Cabanas building and then we were joined by three other couples and were moved to a Presidential Suite in Tower 2. We had a fabulous experience. There are many activities that you can do with resort credits. We swam with the dolphins, snorkeled and climbed Konoko Falls. We were scheduled to do a Sunset cruise but due to inclement weather we opted to forego it. My husband also did the hover board. The employees were all very courtious and friendly. We had amazing meals at the different restaurants. We had a private in-room dinner that was prepared with authentic Jamaicain dishes. Our chef Khaleta did an outstanding job and Raymond served us great with a big smile. We ate at MoMo three times and requested Derron the last two times because we enjoyed having him serve us so much the first time. He was always quick with a joke. Jason, our wine sommelier, was always there with the right bottle of wine. He knew what we wanted better than we did. He also educated us on the wines. Veronica, our DC, went above and beyond with scheduling out our vacation and everything went very smoothly. Redneck was also very helpful when Veronica was unavailable. Last but not least, Nikki, our pool concierge, took such good care of us while we were at the pool that we weren’t such how we would survive on our own on her day off. She was always there with a smile and an endearing comment. She brought drinks, towels and food. She truly went above and beyond. She is truly special. After spending our vacation there, we have a special place in our hearts for the employees of Moon Palace and all of the Jamaican people. We cannot wait to go back. The resort was beautiful, we had fantastic views from our rooms in both locations. the tours were very well done, the food was very tasty and the employees were great. What more could be ask for.

I just want to express my feelings that dejan is a excellent server . He's always there for me and my wife when we needed anything !! He is a awesome guy !! Moon palace is one of the best hotels I've ever been to and everyone was very helpful and nice especially jodi-ann (host) i can’t wait to come back!!

Absolutely incredible beach side service! Jovan was such a friendly face, he helped my husband and I in anyway he could, we looked to sit in his section when going to the beach or pool. The Moon Palace Jamaica was an amazing resort as a whole, then they added such great service, I would recommend the Palace Resorts to anyway! Thank you Jovan!!! :)

We are writing this from the Moon Palace right now and it hasn't even been 10 hours. Checked in today (took over an hour) with 12 excited family members. Wish we could turn around and leave now!Received a call this evening from the front desk that THEY screwed up and 10 of us have to move. That's right, THEY screwed up but we are the ones that need to move. We began this horrible customer service adventure with Anevia telling us that they put a family of 4 in a family room and they were supposed to put us in 1 normal room. Normal customer service would let you stay. Oh not Anevia, we didn't pay for a family room so we have to get out. Even though we unpacked, we need to pack up and move. To add on to it, another member of the family (76) was in the wrong room and she too needed to move. To fix the matter, night manager Omar came over to tell us it absolutely wasn't our fault --- but move. He brought us over to the PR guy Raynor who then wasted another 40 minutes of our time before bringing over Anevia again to tell us they had a solution to the problem THEY created. Instead of making us move at 11pm at night with our young children. We could move out of our rooms in the morning. After 2 hours of nonsense we learned that no matter how nice a property might be or how great the day-to-day staff are, if the management sucks, your vacation sucks.Oh, and this was after a brother and sister were given a king bed (should have been 2 full beds) the keys didn't work and the AC keeps shutting off and hope you don't want to rinse the conditioner out of your hair because the water pressure leaves much to be desired.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS CHAIN OF RESORTS. WORST START TO A FAMILY VACATION EVER
