Binniguenda All Inclusive Huatulco

The Binniguenda is a fantastic resort for travelers on a budget. The entire resort is immaculate and is constantly being maintained by the staff. There is plenty of space amongst the poolside deck, and the bars nearby are always staffed with personable and attentive bartenders. There are plenty of buffet items to choose from. The resort location is further from the beach. However, it is only a few minutes away via shuttle. A variety of shows are held daily. An amazing resort for those looking to get the best bang for their buck.
I can't do a full review of this property as I was only there for about 8 hrs. Our flight to Toronto was canceled on Feb 7/17 because of problems with plane . The staff of the resort were very pleasing to our group of 18 people at midnight , got us into rooms ,opened the lobby bar up so we could get a drink and hooking us up with wi-fi so we could contact people back home.they made sure breakfast was available to us at 7 in morning before we were picked up at 8.from what we saw of hotel it looked very nice, smaller than what we normally stay but got us to thinking of maybe for a longer stay.it is in a good area. Our room was good. The staff were very accommodating in or short stay. Thx for making a not great situation a little bit better
We Stayed at Binniguenda for a week recently. it was our first experience in Huatulco and was so so pleased with our experience at this wonderful All Inclusive. All staff were so lovely and treated us as friends and family.Food was so good and Breakfast was so yummy. Jullian, Saul, Silvia , Aide all the kids from the entertainment section, all the staff at front desk, all housekeeping staff. I want to extend a huge GRASIAS.YOU MADE OUR VACATION PERFECT. We will be back very soon....miss the beauty of this place already.
We really enjoyed our one week at the hotel. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. When they say "all inclusive," they mean all inclusive - food, drinks, desserts, coffee, iced tea, beer, etc. - this includes the beach area as well. We spent much our time just relaxing by the pool - very enjoyable! All of the meals were great, with many selections. We only went to the beach area twice, so we really can't comment - but it looked nice and not too crowded. We will definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future. We just wish the airline connections were a little better - but that is a separate issue, unrelated to the hotel.
My husband and I stayed at the Binneguenda for 2 weeks the end of February beginning of March. We have stayed at the VillaBlanca on previous stays, but the Binneguenda had a sale on their website and we booked it!Overall we were happy with our stay. We found the location of the Binneguenda more quiet than the VillaBlanca, with much less traffic. The pool area is fantastic, and the gardens are beautiful. The entire hotel is impeccably clean. The staff is SUPER. Special thanks to Adrian at the front desk, Julian at the Lobby Bar,Gil at the Beach Club, Aide and Noe at the Buffet Restaurant, and Sylvie at the egg/omelet station. Our room was cleaned everyday before lunch, and we always had plenty of fresh towels and hot water. Beds were quite comfy by Mexican standards.Food was hit and miss, and seemed to improve during our stay. Breakfast was alway good with plenty of fresh fruit, omelettes and a variety of Mexican dishes. Lunch could be eaten at the poolside snack bar (buffalo wings, cheeseburgers and fries were our favs)or you could eat at the buffet (soup, salads, and a variety of mexican dishes) Dinner was very good to disappointing (some days much more variety than others) although we only ate dinner at the buffet 4 or 5 times during our 2 weeks stay (too many good inexpensive restaurants in Huatulco) We ate at the Italian a la carte and it was decent, but I wouldn't be heartbroken if we didn't get to attend. The drinks offered were of very good quality (we stayed at a luxury resort in the Mayan Riviera that were not as good as those at the Binniguenda) We enjoyed drinks at the lobby bar, but I do wish they were open past 11 pm. Gil at the Beach club made very good Tequila Sunrises, and Margaritas and he offered excellent service! We attended a few shows, and found them entertaining. The staff obviously works very hard. The clientele was a mix of Canadians and Mexicans. It is a family hotel so expect children (kids love the pool) We were always able to get chairs poolside without playing the towel game (so refreshing!)If i had one suggestion, it would be to expand the beach club.If you are expecting a huge mega resort, you will be disappointed. If you are expecting a quaint smaller hotel (less than 80 rooms) that is clean, with great staff, a great location, lovely gardens and pool, you will will enjoy the Binneguenda.
We are a family of 4 .. 2 adults & 2 kids under the age of 3....we stayed at this hotel for 9 nights ... the hotel was clean... pool was perfect for kids & adults .... the rooms are the typical rooms ... we stayed on the main floor close to the lobby which was perfect as with the young one we always had to run back to the room ....what really makes this hotel a wonderful location is their amazing staff ..right from check -in to check out the staff were caring & attentitive ....I'd like to personally thank one of the managers , Sylvia who helped us when our 11 month broke out in a rash & then continually checked on how we were doing .... the kids club staff & performers - especially Monse & Brendan were absolutely amazing with our kids ... our 3 year old just adored both of them ... the dinning serving staff - especially Aide & Krista helped out with high chairs / bottles & keeping the kids happy .... our favourite bartender was julien as he provided some great adult drinks ...... I didn't give the resort a 5 as I feel they could have more options for the food & the beach area could use an update with nicer beach furniture & sitting area.... Overall we would return as the resort was clean , convenient & staff we top notch !Thank you staff for making some great memories & friends in Huatulco
