Any water sport you desire is available here: windsurfing, parasailing, yachting, sport fishing, surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and kayaking. The tropical forests are an inviting diversion for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Thrilling whale watching takes place from December to March.
Dining & Nightlife
Many restaurants are found along the sea walk and the downtown streets of Puerto Vallarta. There is an extensive selection of gourmet dining in addition to fun downtown restaurants, energized with mariachi music.
Puerto Vallarta nightclubs are diverse and lively. Popular spots include The Zoo, Collage, and Christine.
Visit the colourful downtown market for all kinds of handicrafts and souveniers. Silver, crafts, and pottery are particularly good buys in Puerto Vallarta.

Canadian citizens require a valid passport or birth certificate and government issued photo ID (ie. drivers licenses). All other nationalities please consult a vacation specialist or the Mexico consulate.
Note: Some hotels require credit card imprint upon check-in for any incidental charges. Hotel check-in is typically between 3pm and 4pm. If your flight arrives early, it is a good idea to pack essential items in your carry-on luggage (i.e. bathing suit, suntan lotion, medications, etc.), so you do not miss any valuable vacation time.
