Not impressed with the food

Always excited to stay at Hilton’s. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel sits right on the ocean. The inside of the hotel is grand and gorgeous. Overall the service was excellent!! So what was the issue the FOOD!! Since it’s an all inclusive hotel you had to purchase the food on the property. Of course with the extra cost you want to eat on property. It was a biggg disappointment. They have a buffet you can eat pretty much anytime. The problem the food was sub par☹️. We tried to get reservations at the French or Mexican restaurant and were told they are complete booked. No luck at either. So we decided to walk by and see how “busy” they were. Not sure what booked means but the French restaurant was possibly 1/3rd full. We also found 3 opened pop cans in the fridge so we called the front desk to replenish the fridge and no they never showed up. My husband and were excited and thought we had a new place to stay in PV. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

25th Anniversary not what we expected

We wanted to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and decided to go to Mexico to spend our time at the Hilton. It was the worse experience from the time we arrived to the time we left. The wait staff was amazing and the drinks were great

Good quality Hilton All Inclusive

Thoroughly enjoyed a fortnight stay at this all inclusive Hilton. Nice rooms, good service, adequate variety and choice of food and drink. Beachfront location within easy reach of the city, three pools including a rooftop infinity pool. Went for the sun and wasn't disappointed - had a very hot two weeks, 30 degrees + every day. Specialist Mexican, Brazilian and French restaurants, though the Sushi Bar by the rooftop pool was a personal favourite.Overall, a good value, quality, beachfront all inclusive in a central setting.

Terrible experience, rate 4 star, but don't know where it come from, book it 3 week before vacation with friends, when check in, they said no room available, wait about 40 min, get a room but smell very bad, mosquito anywhere, algae in the private pool, broken sofa etc....

All Inclusive = All Amazing

Wow. So many compliments it is hard to know where to start. The servers were all very helpful and polite. Each one was obviously a hard worker and took their jobs seriously while still being upbeat and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised that the inclusive alcohol was the 'good stuff'..I thought we might get knock off brands, but they had all the brands we drink at home. The only thing they did not have was a variety of wines. they had one house red.. The food was good everywhere we ate. We had sushi rolls at the adult pool area on top of hotel, followed by late night meal at the buffet. The buffet is open all day for breakfast. lunch and dinner and has an expansive variety of foods. There are three restaurants on the property. they are also included in the all-inclusive price, but you do need reservations as they will fill up quickly. They seat the three separate times and are limited capacity so they are not crowded. we ate one night at the Mexican restaurant, La Catrina, and the food was superb. Do not be scared when you see the prices on the menu, as it is still included at no cost to the guests. We also ate at the Brazilian restaurant, FOGO. the meat service was very good, but I have to say the side dishes were all served buffet style and most were cold. Room service food is also included in the room rate, there was just a small delivery fee. I had a massage in the KI spa. It was the best massage I have ever had and the prices were very reasonable. I also appreciated that there was no one trying to sell me the products they used right afterward like so many resort spas do. The pools were quite large , clean and heated. Plenty of room for pool volleyball and people to swim and play. The beach sand begins at the end of the deck and the ocean is literally 50 yards away from the pool. The reason I did not give five stars to this review is that I do have a couple of complaints. 1) the A/C in the rooms is hit and miss. 2 of our 3 rooms never got cool and the 3rd room was nice and chilly. 2) upon arrival I was taken to a separate check-in lounge for Diamond members. Other than the glass of wine I was given, there was no perk to this. My friends who stayed in the regular check in line got to their rooms way before I did because my process took so long.
