We had such a nice stay. All the hotel employees were so nice. They were the nicest group of people working at a hotel we have every experienced…and we travel frequently. They were always asking if there was anything more they could do us. The concierge Paola Ramirez promptly moved us to a quiet room when we complained about the noise in our current room. Paola helped us throughout our trip. At the buffet Viviana was an excellent host handling our location requests and making reservations for diner for us. The buffet manager Mr. Ventura always would check to make sure we were happy about everything. The food was fantastic with the best fresh fruit every day. We stayed at the Breathless hotel in Cabo a few weeks ago and their food wasn’t nearly as good even though they have a higher star rating.
Our stay was incredibly relaxing. I loved the room that we had, the food at the buffet, and the many options of places to relax during the day (main pool, rooftop pool, beach, lobby) and the service was great.
We had a great stay at the Hilton. The service was very good. The waiters, servers and housekeeping were all excellent. We had a mix up with our room the first day but they fixed it and gave us a great room. The food was good for an all inclusive and the drinks were not watered down. We would definitely go back.
Rooms and lobby was quiet until the rowdy co-operate crowd came on Thursday 1/12/17 from team Wrike Project Management. Hilton needs to figure out if it wants to keep these resorts family like or do co-operate events and entertain cooperate clients. The people from team Wrike were noisy all night until 4 am from Thursday to Saturday night. They were swearing inside the pools and in the common areas, restaurants and using profound language that i will never use around my family. They were also smoking inside the swimming pools and Hotel Lobbys. It was so quiet and peaceful until the rowdy ill-behaved crowd came.
We returned yesterday from a week at the Hilton in Puerto Vallarta that was not what we had expected. If you are staying anyplace for a week the food might get tiring but the Hilton advantage is that it does not go down hill-it starts there. In all honesty the presentation of the food is great however it has to be eaten. In their fancy French restaurant we found the food to be tasty but cold. In the reservation only Brazilian restaurant the beef was good for the Mexican Dental Society as it checked for any weakness that you might have had as the chewing department. In the everyday buffet the food was subpar to say the least.The room we had looked over the pools and onto the ocean. The view was great. The biggest problem we had with the room was that the only door on the toilet could not be closed. It was functioning as it was designed to be but there was only 6" between the privy and the door so your legs were in the way if you wanted any privacy at all. OK if you are alone but there are times when you don't want to be talking to your wife or the company.Service is important at any resort and in this the Hilton excels. The waiting time for drinks was minimal and in the romantic French cuisine restaurant the had you out in 45 minutes which I think is great for six courses and your relaxing after meal beverage.Would we stay there again-NO. Why the 3 star review? Only because I do not have a lot to compare it too and do not want to be too hard on them. For the price they charge the stay might have rated 1 star.
