Bel Air Collection Resort & Spa Vallarta
- What's Included
- All Inclusive Features
We have been owners at this resort for many years but have not stayed here for some time. It was a pleasant surprise to return and find the resort under a major construction project expansion. We had originally purchased a two bedroom lock off in building 2. The last time we were there we did not get placed in our building and it was disturbing. This stay we were put on our original building on the sixth floor and it was great. We also had reserved another two bedroom lock off for our family. We not only got them in our same building but they were on the same floor as us. The units are being updated and remodeled which although we did not have a remodeled unit we did see the new unit remodeling going on and were very pleased. We signed up for the all Inclusive because our group consisted of 8 making it very hard to travel to Bucerias easily. The food and service was very good! We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. We look forward to returning and seeing the new renovations and great changes underway.
We stayed in a Studio. It was in need of an update! The fronts of the cupboards in the mini kitchen needed cleaning and paint. They had to bring us a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker at our request. The safe needed repairs twice in four days! We obtained our reservation through HSI and we concluded, since we were not owners there, they placed us in this unit while construction is going on for 250 new units. Otherwise the maid service was very good. You have access to coffee, pastry and fruit from six a.m. to eight a.m., coffee, iced tea and cookies in the afternoon, all free. The infinity pool and the beach are very nice. Overall we did enjoy our stay there. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was average. They just need to update the older suites.
I am an owner at this property and I am honestly thrilled with its improvement over the past few years. The view is exceptional. Waking up every morning to have my first cup of coffee on the balcony with a view of the sea makes the day begin in a glorious way. Spectacular sunsets and the song of the sea are fine aesthetic experiences. Fine location--walking distance to Bucerias makes BelAir the perfect vacation spot.
Our stay was most wonderful, memorable and comfortable. The days were restful and relaxing enjoying all and everything. Staff very communicative and attentive making the days always full of fine friends. Best to all staff ...keep up the great work. Mucho appreciated.!!
The room was small but that didn't matter much. Main reason for stay was needed an extra night and wanted a pool and close to beach. The bathtub looked pretty dirty only because it was old, it was a jacuzzi tub but there was no way I was going to sit in it. It was noisy do to the new construction and things looked like they had been modified to allow access to the front desk. Overall, the place was average. Nothing that would make me write home to tell people about, but it was a place to stay for the night and the pool was nice with a great view of the beach and ocean. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had.
