Bel Air Collection Resort & Spa Vallarta
- What's Included
- All Inclusive Features
I booked all inclusive, and it was really good. The pool and the beach are great. I believe is a great mid range option. Of course there are a couple of details in the room but if you want it to be perfect you may want to look for a much more expensive hotel.
The hotel itself was ok besides the construction which was quite inconvienent . Fairly clean rooms they were half decent the housekeeper made our stay very enjoyable she was very nice and room was cleaned good everyday. The service however around pool and restaurants was horrible. Couldn't wait everyday for the little bar upstairs to open the bartender was very friendly and was really good service. I don't think I would stay here again just because of the poor service. Hotel was what you get for 3 star I guess but beach was nice.
Under construction, dirty very very small rooms mold everywhere in the bathroom. Disturbing service had to wait 2 hours each day to get my food, since when do all inclusive resort require you to sign a bill before leaving any bar or any restaurant ( not that this is a big deal but waiting half an hour to get my bill after I'm finished eating is ridiculous). The management couldn't care less about us complaining about the rooms ( my room was also facing generators that were loud from the other hotel smells disgusting and moldy) save your money this is nothing but a 1 star resort that is not worth over 1000$ if you're traveling with sun wings.Ps. If you're there now they will try to cut your food and drinks off at noon the day of your checkout if you're all inclusive that is definitely not right demand your money's worth.
The hotel is not the as up to date as the surrounding resorts. And yes, there is construction, but the staff and the location was terrific. If you go, make sure you see Miguel, he will make sure you enjoy yourself thoroughly. Any problems he seem to have the ability to solve them. The rest of the staff works hard to keep the premises clean and they had a smile with a greeting. We red all the bad reviews about the Bel-Air. We did not experience anything like what was written. My wife and I are already planning our next trip and it will be at the Bel-Air. Thanks to all the staff and especially Miguel.
Great vacation from the beginning to the end. First class. Room was clean and everything worked well. Miguel was an amazing help. No problems what so ever. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. We caught a Spanish Mackerel on our fishing expedition and the cook prepared a fabulous feast for us. Can't wait to return. Cindy and Rod Clark
