First class facilities. First class food & service.

Just to commend the great attention to detail and service provided by Cecilia Delgado (Owners Concierge); as well by Emiliano Gaubeca, a first-rate Concierge. Blanca Rentería at Reception, quite helpful all the time. All the places inside the hotel serve delicious dishes, prepared exactly as mentioned in the menu. for five days we received great restaurant service by Juan, Arturo, Angélica & Ana Laura. Keep up the good work.

Crazy good!!

You cannot beat this hotel. If coming down to PV you have to stay here. From planning stages, to coordinating seamless airport transportation, to the condo style rooms, to the great restaurants and the all around attentive service you cannot beat Marival Residences. I will be returning again and again.

The Most Attentive Staff in the World!

This was our third time staying at this hotel, every time we go back we are happy to see all the familiar faces who work at the hotel. The hotel is great but the staff that works there makes the whole difference! Every single person working at the Marival residences takes pride in their work and is passionate about what they do. We also did have some hiccups in the room. We had problems with the AC as well as the dryer but the technicians were in our room within 10 minutes, they fixed every problem. The whole staff was well informed about the issues and they all went out of their way to fix the problems. Yvette, was simply incredible! she spent all her time supervising the technicians and making our stay as comfortable as possible. Reggie one of the managers was also on top of everything and kept on following up with us. The service at Omagio as well, as all the other restaurants, was excellent ! You get catered to by a team of highly qualified professionals! No matter how many people they have to cater to, they always do it with a smile and make you feel like a king, they remember the little details like what your preferences are and bring them to you without even asking. These kinds of little touches differentiate the Marival from all the other hotels I have been to. That kind of personal touch makes the whole difference! At Omaggio we had the best service from Olga, Omar, Raquelin and all the other servers. One evening while we had dinner at Insu,the sky covered up and it looked like it would rain. The server came to us right away and offered us to go to the wine bar downstairs to avoid the storm that shortly started after we went downstairs. Our server took upon him to bring us our dinner there! We were a party of 7 and the restaurant was in the 6th floor. That young man went up and down several times and he did all that work with a smile on his face! All this to say that the people who work at that hotel are the backbone and they make your experience unique! I want to take the time and say thank you to this incredible team who always make our stay memorable.A big thank you to Yvette for all the help with solving all the problems as well as Reggie, to Emiliano for all the tips and historical advices for day trips. A big thank you to Tony at the valet parking for making us smile every day as well as all the staff in the front. Also thank you to Lora, Olga, Gerardo, Omar, Juan, Ray, Fernando, Raquelin, and all the other servers for catering to us and going of their way to spoil us.Thank you also to Veronica our host and Caesar the captain. A big thank you to our cleaning staff upstairs in the 6th floor, the room was spotless! Once I had to come back to the room and I found our maid crawling under the bed to clean underneath it. That beautiful woman greeted me with a smile and kept on working, I wish I coud remember her name to thank her. The staff at the VIP beach was also incredible, the beach looks really good now, the lay out has changed since the last time we have visited to the better. We also had a chance to go to the beach club pre-opening. I was not very thrilled about the layout. The restaurant is taking up too much space and the pool seems too small compared to the size the bar is taking up. There was a little bit too much concrete for my taste and the cabanas did not seem as comfortable as the one at the VIP beach right now. The beach space seemed very small and less appealing compared to the actual beach. Overall, this was a great experience and the staff was incredible! I would definitely come back again to see the familiar faces that we can now call friends!

Honeymoon Recommendations

Our trip was unbelievable. This was our first time out of the country and it's hard to leave to go back home. Not only were we greeted with open arms but we felt like we were "home". We had a 1 bedroom and the room was so spacious! The food is AMAZING and the service is unbelievable! We have made lifelong friends on this vacation and we can't wait to come back and visit!!A couple things to change:•Pool Mats to be provided• The servers to be able to wear something more breathable. They work hard to provide amazing service and you can see it. I think it's acceptable to wear long shorts and a cooler shirt. Now to brag on the service:Miguel: He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He knew our names right from the beginning and he greeted us no matter what he was doing! Not only is he an amazing waiter but he's a friend that have made a friendship with!Omar: He made our dinner experience amazing! He's an outgoing individual and he always made sure we were taken care of before we even asked! Felix: Best pool concierge around!! Ivan: the entire week we were here he made sure we were taken care of! Juan: He made a point to know my name and he really made it feel like "home!Alan: His bell boy service was top notch! He was the fist person t greet us and he started our vacation off right. He showed us everything in our room and made sure we were set before he left! We had an amazing vacation and love the staff here!!

Family friendly luxury

Marival is an amazing resort in Nuevo Vallarta. We traveled with our two kids and had a blast. The food for this resort was amazing. We had a two bedroom with a demi pool in front of our room. The service here was top notch. We ate under a Palapa and our server would bring us food from any restaurant we liked. He made the trip for us. The pool and access to the beach via their sister resort was incredible. The service here was top notch and we enjoyed every minute of this relaxing vacation with our family.
