- What's Included
Stayed at coco Palm in feb 2016 with an all inclusive virgin holiday and loved every second! Room was spotless & comfortable with a great view overlooking the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful and all of the food was amazing! If we could afford it we would be back every year, so looking forward to our next visit in the future 😀
We have been visiting and using the services from this hotel for over five years now and we are truly thankful especially to the head concierge Peppy who does her very best for us every time we visit, she offers her experience, wisdom and recommendations for what she feels would be best for us again thank you
Room service was very good, the breakfast was very nice. The TV channels weren't all that good though. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly and the hotel has a vacation feel to it.
We spent a lovely 2 weeks at Coco Palm. It's a handsome looking building which has obviously had extensive work done to a very good standard All the staff were very friendly. The room we had was on the ground floor with a small patio in the garden that led to the pool. It was excellent, always perfectly clean, a huge comfy bed and the room was always lovely and cool even when you turned the AC off. The bathroom was a good size, well lit. There were a couple of British 3 pin sockets in the room which is handyWe chose B&B for this holiday, mainly due to the budget. The breakfast was a typical Caribbean hotel fare which we enjoy. Rodney Bay town is only a couple of minutes walk away where there are a range of shops including a small supermarket. The local beach is not the greatest to look at but the sea is clean and warm. We chose to stay by the hotel pool which was great. One thing that was very noticeable was the cost of everything. I know the pound is weak at the moment but even if you got $1.50 to the pound instead of $1.24 we were getting meals and drinks would still be unreasonable.1 starter, 2 steak & chips, 1 dessert, 3 small beers and 3 Gin and tonics worked out at £115 in the hotel restaurant That's too much for a fairly basic meal in my opinion.Anyway, gripe over, if you're going to Coco Palm you will have a lovely relaxing holiday. We will return in the future
I spend two nights at Coco Palm hotel and it was lovely..Our room was all the way to the top with a beautiful few 308.. The staff at the restaurant service was excellent. Shout to the restaurant manager he ensured we was happy with our meal,Which was tasty. My only complain was with our room cleaner, when she came to clean our room we said its ok you don't need to clean up but we would like clean towels, she came in the bathroom and change the towels went with the dirty ones and didn't even empty the bin neither did she took away the dirty glasses we had in the room. Yes we said we don't want the room clean but that was the least she could of done by throwing away the rubbish and taking away the dirty glasses. But apart from this our 2 days was great!!..Looking forward to coming back in the future.
