Really good place, Villa are great with plunge pool and nice views. We stayed two weeks and had two different villas 411 and 49 they both were great. The beach is beautiful with plenty of room lots of shade or sunshine water shoes are needed in some spots. We had the best adventure with Jerry’s Taxi Service 1-785-485-1160 He took us sightseeing shopping to water fall snorkeling at sugar beach and restaurant FEDO’S New Venture. Lots of fun Jerry is vary popular with the Island people throughout the trip ones would call out his name or toot. He picked us up at 9 am we returned around 6:30 pm great day. The zip line was great and we also rented the jet ski at beach from Mike lots of fun water was not to rough really nice.
Wonderful site on hillside looking over bay. 5 restaurants on site, all having different types of food. People are very helpful outgoing. Hobby Cats for sailing, waterskiing, paddle boards, pedal boats on site. Good value.
Hello. So just to start out. We went during one of their "off" weeks so we are a little biased. We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with no plunge pool on the all inclusive plan. We went for our honeymoon and it was everything we wanted and more. Our villa had 2 A/C units and 2 flat screen smart TVs that both worked with the apple tv we brought. The accommodations were modern and clean. We especially appreciated the full kitchenette and enormous shower and bathroom. Every restaurant and bar at the resort was fantastic. We ate ate dragonfly every morning and ordered from the a la carte menu instead of the buffet. Maria and Lenny Cumberbatch always made sure that we were satisfied. The juice was fresh and the omelets delicious. The mischievous birds always put on a good show. Jammer's was awesome for lunch and casual dinner. Jeff was like our personal bartender. Nona always mixed a good drink at 96 Degrees in the Shade, their beach bar. Papa Do's had an amazing lasagna bolognaise and the champagne shrimp risotto. We went to the Upper Deck one night and had the New England Clam Chowder, which was lacking for the price, and the Filet Mignon, which was tender and flavorful. We got a couples massage at the spa. Unfortunately, we cannot recall our masseuses that day, but they were fantastic and give a great aromatherapy massage, the Magnesium Massage. Wilhelmina made sure that we as a honeymooning couple had a great time by surprising us with a fruit and dessert plate after, accompanied by some white wine.It was absolutely fantastic and I recommend it to anyone visiting the resort. This is coming from someone whose never step foot in a spa before.Honestly, we are determined to go back to the Windjammer. It was worth every penny. My wife and i have been all over the world (separately) and this was honestly the perfect resort for us to spend our time comfortably on our honeymoon. Their is always a breeze, the staff is always pleasant, and the only thing to do is have a good time and relax. And get a tour with Simon. Simon Says have a good time.
Beautiful hotel that sits high up in the hills Views are breathtaking We stayed in an air conditioned Villa Each bedroom had its own bathroom, comfy balcony with seating, television, iron and hairdryerWe also had a balcony with seating at the top of the villa looking out to the sea and over to Castries town (Watching the night lights with a nice glass of wine and great company is a must)There was also a small pool which was perfect for cooling off and plenty of outdoor seating with a dining table for alfresco diningThe kitchen has the basics utensils that you’d need to cook withThe fridge had a bottle of complimentary water and plenty of ice in the coolerThere was also provisions to make coffee and tea with milk providedThere’s a shuttle service that takes you from the main reception to your villa and phones not only in your room but poolside/by the jacuzzi that you can call to transport you back and forth There are clean toilets/restrooms dotted throughout the resortI did mean to ask about disabled facilities but got so caught up I forgot to But I did observe a nice play area child friendly pools and a kids club I need to especially point out that one of the days, there was only one child in attendance They never closed and the staff member was there to cater for this one child’s basic needsBoth child and staff member were all smilesI saw three dining areas Two beachfront and a pizzeria that was nestled awayThere is a small convenience store and a couple of gift shopsThe food at the main bar is not too expensive and you get good sized portions with plenty of dishes to choose fromWe stayed with breakfast included and had the buffet Again there was much to choose from (You got to try the western omelette... Yuuuuum) with plenty of fresh fruit and fresh local juicesOne thing with St Lucia ... The hospitality is on point and that was no different hereFriendly attentive courteous staff who will happily go above and beyond There are plenty of opportunities to sample what goes on outside of the hotel with a must do trip to Soufriere and the worlds only drive through volcano The sulphur springs with its mud and mineral bathsThey also do trips to the famed Friday Fish night street party at Gros Islet which is a short ride awayFor those who are into water sports there are a wide range on offerI’m trying really hard to think of the negatives and I really can’t come up with anything worth mentioning All in all We had a great stay and are already planning for next year
Very nice seaside hotel with a great view. The food was good but the best part of this hotel is the people. I can’t say enough about the very helpful and caring staff. All the drivers were fantastic and so friendly. I booked with Apple tours and the agent in St Lucia was great I went on several tours including Martinique. I lived my stay and would do it all again.
