We stayed here in May 2017 ... after booking then reading the reviews I was worried what we would find ... firstly it's on a hill .... not a problem for us but if you are unsteady definitely not for you .... staff always polite on reception.... the hotel can be very noisey walls are super thin ... we booked bed breakfast and evening meal ... only had the evening meal once as it just wasn't to our taste ( but it was good for the money ) I can't comment on the pool as we left that to the family's and the all inclusives who don't move from the bar allowing the kids to run scream and ruin it for anyone wanting a dip ... the entertainment was so loud ...we didn't bother there either but couldn't help hearing it ..for a short stay it's perfect and we actually only slept there and had breakfast the rest of the time we were out walking and sight seeing ... the beaches were under construction reclaiming the sand so lots of diggers and piping about which also made the sea dirty The room was similar to a hotel I stayed in in 1979 in spain ...BUT it was clean we had zero view but we only slept there so all good ..... if you are wanting luxury definitely not for you ... but for a place to sleep and shower perfect
Can I just start and say from my opinion...the hotel is fine it's a 3* I don't no what people expect for a 3*..the food is is fine we been here for a week and 5 of us 2 adults 3 kids 13/8/9 my kids all had full bellys and were happy in the pool and the entertainment never any problems with trouble and fighting as I've read...the staff are good fun always included my kids never had the sat about. 1 thing I will say is you can hear everything next door / and 2 doors down with what's going on lol. The walls are very thin..cleaners do an amazing job at what they do.Had to pay 28 euros for safe/WiFi and remote which in a 3* is normal.IF your won'ting a 5* this place isn't for you but it is excalty what it say 3* cheap and cheerful and the sun in October in nearly 30 degree heat u carnt go wrong I don't think..we hired a car took about 12 mins to salou which we were there at the beach alot amazing fountains and street entertainment..I have to be honest my partner wasn't a lover...his words were It's not the hotel it's the people staying in it that was the problem...but TBF to me they were on holiday strolling in at 2/3 o clockmaybe a little loudly but never made any problem to me I will say if Ur all inclusive u can wash and dry your clothes for free just go to reception and book a time u won't.There's a supermarket down the road which is amazing for value.Don't let the reviews put u off if u just won't a hotel thats cheap and cheerful then go for it HONESTLY I would bring my kids back no problem my partner maybe NOT lol x
worst place i have ever stopped in!!!and we always go for cheaper hotels.the rooms are dirty and the shower we had to hold as it didnt stay up the bath was filthy..the food was awful and im not fussy always stone cold and they just chucked left over eggs on rice or pizza for dinner that night we had to go out to eat alot.ive been home a day and my tummy is still not right i lost weight rather then put it on like usual.the drinks are so weak i ended up going to supermarket to buy my own and sat on balcony s the entertainment was awful you had to wait 20 mins for a drink that was awful and then kids had to wait until 21.30 for a mini disco .kids just running around using bad language all week.the life guard is just a bar man that pops out every now and then and we saw a young girl nearly drown yes her parents took there eyes off her but isnt that what life guards are for as well...please dont waste your money we always go cheap but this was awful awful awful and your in middle of knowwhere only hotel around rest are apartments with locals...no shops you have to travel ten mins on bus or 40 min walk so glad to be home
Well after reading reviews I thought it can't be that bad can it. I wish I had listened the rooms are very tight with 4 people in it was 4 single beds all next to each other as my husband put it its like sharing a bed with the kids (not good). Then the food the bacon resembles spam with a strip of fat on top and tasted like it too most days the sausages were hotdogs . The food was just not nice most days we lived on pasta and sauce was the best available. Snacks were dried up leftovers from breakfast lunch and dinner. The drinks weren't bad but consistency needs to be looked at ask for 1 drink and is made different each time. The BEST bit about the holiday that made it were the entertainment team Roberto, Tanya and Aj were all fab and had time for all the kids they keep everything going and are a real credit to RJP entertainment. We would never go back here a lot of work needs doing to improve.
thank god i am home, this is the worst so called holiday in my life, from people fighting nearly every night, 1 scottish guy got glassed, blood & police everywhere, a hotel member of staff smacked a guest in the face, the only good thing was the food, the hotel charge 28 euro for the key safe in the rooms, its in the middle of nowhere costing 9euro in a taxi to salou or a good 40 mins walk, every night queing 20 mins to get a drink due to bar staff too busy talking, the so called entertainment guy thought he was funny showing the young guests photos off all the naked girls he said he had slept with this season, god only help is wife & child he told me about here in england, a few girls told me they felt uneasy around him, yes the rooms get cleaned everyday, god knows why, as i got sick of saying not today pls, all in all this was a terrible experience, never never again.
