Every time I come back to Salou I always go to this hotel, the staff are so friendly and it is great for a 3 star hotel and for the price! I have stayed in h top molinos park quite a few times with my fiancé and this time we went with our two friends. We all enjoyed our stay and felt like we got quite good value for money. The staff at the reception are really nice and give you a leaflet with all the information about the hotel. The rooms are simple but clean, the shower isn't the best and I find it weird that it's situated right in the middle of the bath. The food was great although it was cold some of the times. If you are a fussy eater though you might not enjoy it so much. Again the restaurant staff is also really nice as well as the staff at the bar downstairs. There was entertainment on every single night, mostly good for kids though so it wasn't as entertaining for adults and was very repetitive. It has actually been the same for the last 4 year, every time I've been it's been exactly the same with the same people. The pool was absolutely freezing so you couldn't really enjoy it much which was quite disappointing, a lot of the sun beds were broken and the tables were really dirty. The one thing I really love is that there is a jacuzzi area on the roof top and it is for over 18s. This time though most of them weren't working for the whole week and the bar up there was also closed so if we wanted drinks we had to go to the ground floor. Because the bar was closed there was no one there to make sure the area was kept an over 18s area and we have seen people bring their little kids to sit in the jacuzzis which I thought was quite annoying. Didn't have these problems any other time I have been, I think that's the only thing that we weren't really happy with. Overall it is great for the price and I would definitely recommend.
10 day trip luckily had two rooms they are very small had 3 (18)/(20) year olds with us food is excellent as is the entertainment adults looking for a break rooftops adults only chiquezes and bar 😂😂😂
My husband and I stayed in the hotel from 20th may to 3rd of June and it was the worst hotel I have stayed in we arrived and before I got to the lift I spend nearly 100 euros that was tax and safe and to remote the room was very basic and no fridge tv was a small portable on a wall mount tied with a suitcase strap now if you wanted a drink you had to go all the way downstairs to get one all inclusive all you could get was beer juice and wine when you went for meals if you where not there for the start of meal times your meals where cold and sometimes you had to wait in a queue till some tables emptied and the meals could have been. Better and if you wanted a drink with your meal you had to stand in line at the bar every time to get a drink it was not on tap now the cleaners for the rooms where in every day but the only spend 5 minutes in the room and the whole time we where there they never dusted our room once we could write our names on the furniture before we left
Decided to go back to this hotel after staying here 3 years ago and was a bit worried when I read some of the more recent reviews, but we got a really good deal and we enjoyed it last time so we thought why not!! We literally got back last night and I couldn't wait to write this review. I went for a week all inclusive with my 7 year old daughter. We had the most amazing time! The hotel is only a 3 star and it lives up to it. The staff were all lovely especially the housekeepers! And the entertainment and bar staff were a lot of fun and made our holiday! Rooms are basic but cleaned everyday and fresh towels most days too. Pool area has everything you need; plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs, massive pool and a baby pool, play area with swings etc and music playing throughout the day. The entertainment for the kids was brilliant and my little girl loved the free kids club during the day as well as the dancing games at the night. Entertainment staff were around constantly talking to the guest and getting to know everyone. There were also pool games during the day too. The food was good and there were at least 4 options to choose from plus breads, salads and desserts. There's also a kids food section where they can serve themselves as it is lower in height which my little girl loved. The alcohol drinks included in the all inclusive were quite weak but my tip would be to order for example a vodka and coke plus a straight vodka at one time and then mix them together. There were lots of other alcoholic drinks to choose from including branded cider, beer, cocktails etc which you can buy for a small supplement as well. I agree from other reviews that the walls are paper thin but we had no problems getting to sleep or staying asleep throughout the night. The location of the hotel did it for me, it is right up on top of cap salou and it is really close to the beach and some rocks which have the most beautiful views. We went into salou centre a few times and the buses are really easy to get there and back and you can by a bus card which will save you a fortune. All in all we have had another really lovely stay here and we will definitely return again in the future. I don't know how anyone can moan about this hotel as the price is dirt cheap and you get more than what you bargain for if anything! If you want 5* luxury then book a 5* luxury hotel!!!!!
I have to say i was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but needn't have been. Yes the hotel is slightly dated but everywhere was very clean. Room serviced every day and Fresh towels everyday also if required! The food was Great, lots of choice and all presented nicely, we travelled with a fussy 5&6 year old who always found something they liked. I have to disagree with comments about the staff who we found to be far from rude, each and everyone made conversation and interacted with us and the children, in particular I must mention Elena manager in the restsurant, always a smile and 'Ola', equally the animation team Roberto, Oliver, Tanya and Nicole always trying to get people involved in activities during the day and entertaining the children in the clubhouse during the day and at the mini disco at nightime 😊The pool area was great and there are plenty of sunbeds, tables and chairs. There is also a rooftop terrace with Jacuzzis which we didn't visit as children are not allowed! The location is great, minutes from the bus stops to go to either LaPineda or Salou, the best tip I can offer is to visit the bus information kiosk located beside the hotel and speak to Phil (english) who has a wealth of information around getting the bus and local areas or sights of interest. There is a beach and a few bars about 5 minutes walk away in Cap Salou but it is down a rather steep hill!!Overall we had a great time, it is a 3* hotel and you get what you pay for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for good value for their money.
