The staff at the Hotel were all pretty helpful and the whole place was nice and clean.Food was of a good variety and in abundance so no complaints there either. The room we stayed is was a twin room that was turned into a triple with a poor excuse for a bed which wasn't long enough or comfy enough for my partners son.The room therefor was really tight for space and made the experience a lot less enjoyable than it could have been with an adequate sized room. Also the bathroom was dated and not in the best condition either.Overall we were reasonably satisfied but we expected a lot more from the hotel room itself.
Having just spent a week at this hotel we were very disappointed with the quality and choice of food for vegetarians is very poor with no hot selections and poor labelling. Variety of food also poor. Having to pay for safe in room is nonsense. If you require a sunbed be prepared to sprint at precisely 9.oclock as this is when the carnage starts . It is pure mental to queue fora sunbed in a so called 4 starhotel is beyond belief. On the plus side it very central for all amenities to the resort plus the 3 entertainment girls were briĺliant with all groups especially the kids .Entertainment was ok with mainly Spanish acts when we were there. Bathrooms could do with modernisation as they look tired. Take your kettle if you want tea in your room as none is provided . Pool excellant
I've read quite a few poor reviews on the food at this hotel which I find really very odd. Its 20 years since I went half board as you never knew what to expect. This year, what with the pound being so rubbish I thought I'd take a chance.......Really glad I did as the food in this hotel was really good. You get breakfast and then either dinner or lunch. The actual layout and presentation of the restaurant is very good - clean, bright, comfy chairs, very accessible everything. The staff are excellent - polite, observant, fast, efficient and really busy because this restaurant is really popular. Then there is the food. There is literally so much choice -multiple cereals, a yogurt chiller, english breakfast, fresh cooked eggs or omelette, fruits, cooked meats, all sorts of breads, superb coissants pastry, juices, confess, teas, and even junk food. For lunch and tea again there are tons of choices, excellent salads, vegetables, cheeses, cooked meats and hams, stuff of the grill, different meats and veg, local specialities, junk food, and a ton of breads, desserts of all descriptions. The only problem is that you can keep going back - and you will so a pre and pst holiday diet is recommended! I will defy do this again and PS, you save a fortune.
There was nothing bad about this hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned on a daily basis. The pool area was very nice. We particularly liked the adult-only jacuzzi/sunbathing area. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Just returned from 11 night stay here. Felt very safe and secure the security guard patrolling reception is a man monster but actually very friendly. Air conditioning was good as was free wifi. Very clean everywhere, clean towels everyday, rooms spotlessly clean. very nice lagoon pool area and despite the mad 9am sunbed handicap where a crowd gallop to get the sunbeds / umbrellas we always managed to find a way to get what we needed. We were a party of 8 ( 4 adults & 4 children 10/12/16/16 )The animation girls are so friendly always smiling and encouraging ( but not forcefully ) people to participate in the daytime activities the water polo was good fun (Anna, Joanna and Patrycja) work so hard all day with all the children so I offered to dress up as daisy the hotel sunflower they loved it as did my crowd. If you need a break from the hotel the lovely beech is only 5 minute walk passing shops on the way. Food was ok lots of choice but did seem to be aimed at French taste ( rabbit & Veal ). When you need a break have breakfast and lunch skip evening meal as there is a Nice restaurant out of back door turn right 2 minutes on right ( curry / pizza etc very nice and reasonably priced )Santi the barman is a good laugh and we enjoyed his friendly manner every time we saw him. The waitresses also deserve a mention as they were very attentive. Would definitely recommend this Hotel. Reception staff very polite and helpful. only 15 minute walk to port Aventura / Ferrari land.
