The staff was ok, we arrived earlier than 2 PM (11:00 AM) and wanted to just leave our bags at the reception until we could get our room, but the staff was really nice and they give us room instantly. At first it was an occupied room by another tourist, but we managed to solve this issue. Their system didn't update in time, and it showed that the room has free.Imagine the look on our faces when we saw a man in the room, which it was supposed to be ours:)) .In the end, they even upgraded our standard with a family room (bigger) .The breakfast was ok, with lots of choices, and you could also ask the cook for a simple omelet.Overall our stay was ok, staff nice, with a smile on their faces, rooms cleaned everyday, and the beach was just "around the corner" .
The hotel was next to a busy beach and was very convenient to access by just crossing the street. My room was efficient and very comfortable. Breakfast was not included in my plan. I had an ocean view room which was wonderful as I could open the window on a nice day to let the breeze in. There were eateries nearby and and I recall about a 15 minute walk to the subway. If you are wanting to visit Barcelona proper, I would recommend somewhere closer to save time, but this hotel was very nice if you also want to have a beach relaxation time.
Really lovely and clean hotel. Reception are nice and helpful! Breakfast was included to our stay and was good.Hotel rooms are big and nice! Near hotel is beach ( 6-7min walk) and tube station ( 7-10 min) Also 4 minutes from hotel is bus stop and if you wanna use - hi go to central Barcelona! :) Area it's quiet and calm. It's not centrally city but if you wanna have nice time recommend!
Very nice, big hotel by the sea , 5 minutes walk from the metro. The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. I was on a business trip, so had not time to use all the facilities and services.
We were pleased with most aspects of this hotel. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the hygiene standards are good and there room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The room was very small but modern and my request for a high floor and sea view was granted. There were a couple of disappointments one being only one plug socket in the bathroom and one in the bedroom where the fridge was plugged in. There were no drawers or wardrobes - just a rail with four hangers. We were unable to unpack anything from out of our suitcases. There is one very negative point to make which could easily have ruined our holiday if we had been short of money. The half board arrangement was fine for breakfast with a good selection of food. The evening meal however was totally inadequate. There was one menu for the whole week consisting of two fish options, one vegetarian option and beef stew (sliced beef with only half a slice of carrot and lots of silverskin onions). I personally don't eat fish and I'm not vegetarian so I had no alternative other than beef stew every evening. This consisted of a small spoon of meat and gravy and there were no vegetables, potatoes or anything else served with it. We only ate the evening meal twice. My advice would be to never go there on a half board basis. My rating for this hotel would be much higher but unfortunately it does not warrant a high rating due to the food menu. In fact in my 40 years of going abroad on holiday it is the worst menu that I have ever experienced. The hotel was close to the beach with good links to the city close by.
