Great place!

We stayed here over new year and found it to be a very good apart-hotel. It is in a fantastic location overlooking the marina. The staff are very helpful and the apartments are spotless and spacious. We are going back to the same place next month for a weekend. Great value.

GPLA Masonic meeting

We booked this awful hotel for 2 nights along with other Masonic brethren to attend our Annual GPLA Masonic meeting. What an absolute nightmare of a place. Room dirty, shower head exploded off wall and hit me on the head due to incorrect shower head and bracket. Neither my wife or myself got an sleep due to noise from outside hotel. The noise came from a bar directly below our window and did not stop until after 7am is the morning. Four couples on the same floor complained and left despite having booked for 2 nights. The electrical connection to the televisions had bare wires and was connected to the plug via a multibloc. The beds were like sleeping on wood. Air conditioning would not work either. View from room was out to a filthy alley way with construction work going on. Management most likely unconcerned and unhelpful. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. To sum up.... hellish!!

Great value!

Very pleasantly surprised! Excellent, clean room with a sea view. All public areas were clean and welcoming. The underground parking was a very convenient bonus but the original parking space allocated was impossible to use because of other cars. This was swapped but the car park needs careful manoeuvring so take care. Hotel is very convenient for the restaurants of 'fish alley', the beach and all other amenities. We'd all go again - and will be doing so.

Xmas holiday

We booked this for Xmas 21-28staff ok and cleaners in room good ,,breakfast ok but cold not very good for a hot breakfast,lots to choose from ,hotel is very central to everything ,lots of restaurants and bars ,cooking facilities have a lot to be desired ,had to ask for kettle as only coffee maker in room not a bad hotel but a bit grubby at the edges x

Bad service

I didn#t have high expectations of my stay at this hotel, but sometimes you expect some help. I had to send an importent document back home. I asked in the receiption if I could get an envelope. They would not give out one sinceit had hotel logo on it. I explained that it's common at for instance at buisness hotels that they have logo-envelopes in every room so it should not be any problem, without thet changing the staffs opinion. I finally found a shop that sold envelopes.Another day I had to print out a document for signing and send. The hotel had coin-operated PC's that were connected to a printer. However at the time they were out of order. I then went to the receiption and asked if they could print out one single page for me. But no, he suggested to find an internet cafe. The worst thing I know is unhelpful staff...!
