No no no

First let me say it was a cheap price for a hotel but still not worth it,the check in was ok we arrived at midnight and got our key fast but when we saw our room we were devastated it was an attic dark and dismal no balcony to mention it was an outside space 4 by 4 with walls 6 foot high so no sun and no view , you had to stand on a ledge to look over the roof. there was no vent on the air conditioning unit in the ceiling no vent at all in the bathroom so nowhere for any smells from the bathroom to go ,no English channels on the TVs I mean none at all not even a news channel,i went to reception first thing next morning to tell her I was not happy and wanted to change even offered to pay extra but no avail she was not interested I spent most of my time talking to the top of her head, I complained about the vent 3times once to reception once to housekeeping and once to maintainance itself but to no avail .this was the worst experience I've ever had and could not recommend this hotel to any one . It was clean and some rooms were ok when I looked in passing in the landing you can see by my other reviews that I'm not that hard to please but this was a nightmare for me and my wife

4 night stay in November

Myself and my daughter on a short break , we where lucky enough to get a room with a sea view. The apartment was a little dated and worn but had a nice balcony . The beds were rock hard I know some people like a firm bed but I don't so that was a bummer , just warm water on the first morning but ok after the first day . The pool area was big enough for the amount of guest ( not for august) the beds were not in the best condition and a tad uncomfortable. We had breakfast included and we managed to find enough to feel satisfied eggs , toast and coffee , the experience is that of an old people's home and not a good one at that. There were never enough cups and fresh fruit in very limited supply . The staff were all very lovely the morning staff didn't stop the slim blonde lady was very nice ( no badges)! We paid next to nothing for our little trip and not one bit disappointed but I can't imagine being here in July or august ........ I think it would be hell !!!

Food let it down, but a nice hotel!

The hotel is lovely and clean. The receptionist was lovely. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The downside is it’s very confusing to try and find anything. You need to use different lifts to get to different places in the building. For a few days we didn’t realize they had a pool. They also have a bar. Depending on the lift you go in, it will say which floor things are on. I would have liked to be explained all this when we arrived instead of having to guess. It was day 4 when I noticed a brown folder under the phone. It looked like it was just a place mat. This folder explains a lot. The food choice is a bit strange. The salad part is ok, but the rest just didn’t add up. There was no rhyme or reason to the options provided. It didn’t flow. The dessert choices were very limited and disappointing. By the way if you go early between 7 and 8 only cold breakfast options are available.

not 4* barely a 1*

Recently returned from this hotel ,and having read the reviews was a bit sceptical sadly have to say a lot of the remarks were true The room was fine exept it took 4 days to replace missing light bulbs ,,i had to chase up staff to get a kettle to make tea and tv fine if you only speak spanish or german Breakfast was ok although hot food was not brought out till 8 o/c although the restaurant opend at 7o/c which on our leaving day was a pain as we had to leave before then The evening buffet was great if you loved pasta ,there was no fresh vegetables the few meat selections on offer were of poor quality and chips were under cooked the only good point was the salad selection was a good selection the woman who ran the restaurant was aggresivewhen approached about the substandard offerings

Kim

Fantastic holiday , hotel out way from centre or amenities but in walking distance , rooms clean tidy and perfect for me an my mum , staff friendly an helpful an rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels . Only downside is food very bland an not much variety an not anything for children , I would recommend self catering or eat out as good is terrible. Don’t think is a 4 star more 3 or 2 but ok an happy overall only food an distance of hotel is downside .
