Well the moment we arrived 3 rooms were not ready so we waited around the reception until they were ready. We werent really bothered at the time as there was a few of us there having a chat but straight away the reception staff were out hounding us to be quiet. It wasnt at night or that so nobody would have been sleeping. I got into my room that was supposed to have been being cleaned and the bath was very very dirty and the shower did not work. Also you had to sit your legs in the bath or skip leg day at the gym to use the toilet the were so close. A few of us went and sat at the pool were people had inflatables in it and a ball but as soon as one of our group started to pass a ball around we were threatened with the police or expulsion. Not one of our groups rooms were cleaned in a 3 day trip and when we asked for a clean towel we were not given these. as mentioned before any bit of noise we made we were threatened with the police but 3 spanish girls can sit on the balcony at 2 in the morning singing which i did not mind but nothing was said to them from the hotel staff which did bother me as a matter of principle. I wouldnt recommend it to groups or families for cleanliness
Absolute horrible place to live. It's 1 rule for 1 person another rule for others. Staff are ignorant and stone faced. If you want to enjoy a holiday with your friend and have a sing song or any sort of fun make sure that your party of friends are allowed to as i said earlier 1 rule for 1 group and another rule for another. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Decent hotel horrible staff. If I could rate it worse I would.
First we got a tiny flat, more like a dark bunker at the ground floor, near the luggage storage. The worst rooms ever, for a mum with two female young adults. We disliked it so much, I asked for another apartment. Luckily we could move after one night to the second floor overlooking the pool. A very spacious apartment with two balconies. I was surprised over the difference in space, for the same price....Overall I have nothing bad to say. Exellent wi-fi, the staff was helpful, the poolarea was renovated during our stay with new sunbeds. The beach is nearby with a perfect seafront, 30 minutes walk to Torremolinos and about the same to Benalmadena (powerwalk). Lids and bustop nearby. Lots of good restaurants next to the hotel. It's a budget hotel, in the same area you can find other places with higher standard, but why pay more?! You get the same sun, same beach, same sea for less money!
Just back after a 2 week stay in the Ecuador Park Apartments . I was there with my Husband and 2 teenagers aged thirteen and seventeen. The apartment was clean, a bit dated, kitchen had the essentials , bathroom, very little space between toilet and bath which was awkward . Cleaners came every second day with clean sheets and towels which was good. Big balcony front and smaller at back. No Air Com which was a problem for me . I managed to borrow a fan from reception which was a life saver. The first few days the pool was very quiet and relaxing, no rush to put towels down all good. But that soon changed, there were the arrival of hen parties, stag parties and groups of single lads, all harmless but very loud especially around the pool. We spend most days at the beach which was a 3 minute walk from the apartments. There were a lot of people coming and going all nationalities . Many people only stayed for a few days which was good as the hen parties and lads moved on. It didn't bother me too much as we only used the apartment as a base. But this could certainly be a problem for families with young children. It is not really suitable for young children as the pool is deep and one of the rules is no balls or inflatables allowed in the pool, although I did see some small children with different types of inflatables and they were told to take them out of the pool by members of staff as some people around the pool had complained overall I had a pleasant stay but would not return.
Just bk from theses apartments and enjoyed our stay ,the first few nights I thought omg, as some of the guest's were so loud coming in at all hours ,yes we r there to enjoy ourselves but there is kids trying to sleep, but once those ppl left it was a different place altogether .There was plenty of sunbeds and u didn't have to be up early to get them at all.The sun doesn't start to get to the pool area until about 10.45 and that's one side of it then by 13.30pm the whole area has the sun on it .The room we were in had no air conditioning and we did struggle with that as it was too warm even with the door to the balcony open .The room was clean and a bit dated now, but not a major problem . The self catering had almost everything apart from an oven .There is no hairdryer in the rooms or irons so take them if u need them. The pool is really deep and there is no kids pool ,although that didn't stop the kids that were there enjoying it with there armbands and inflatable's.It is right near all the bars and restaurants and 5mins walk from the beach, there is supermarkets all close by and a lidl just up the hill and along from it .The staff were all pleasant enough aswell and helped when needed .☺
