Seven Stars Resort
- What's Included
If you follow my reviews at all you know how uber picky I am when it comes to hotels. This resort is gorgeous, the staff is the best I've experienced. The rooms are spotless and check out my bathroom picture. We never had to fight for chairs or cabanas. The salt water pool is heated and very large. They have pool and beach side service. They put fresh towels out on the chairs throughout the day and extra towels are readily available. They turn down your bed at night and leave little sayings and goodies. The beds are amazing! Hobie cats and paddle boards are included. The restaurants are good. Music flows throughout the early evenings on the deck. Plenty of parking. Bikes are also available at no charge. Close to all the great shops and restaurants! We walked the beach every day and there doesn't seem to be anything nicer then seven stars. I could go on and on about this resort. It was a bit more expensive but worth every penny. We will go back. Everyone I spoke to that had been to Turks more then once had returned to seven stars.
My husband and I went here for vacation. The grounds are beautiful, lots of lush plants and palm trees. Very relaxing atmosphere. Beach is awesome ! Beautiful water soft sand. Great sunsets , we even saw dolphins. We had a garden view room because we figured we'd be at the beach and touring all day . The room was great, way bigger than it looked it photos. The included breakfast was amazing. Better than any hotel we've been. Everyone was friendly and helpful. In walking distance of lots restaurants and shops. They have a beach front restaurant that the food was very good at. Everything is a little more expensive in Turks and Caicos so in compassion I don't think they were that expensive. Would recommend staying here, whether you just want to hang out on beach or as a launch point for running around island . The pool area was beautiful too, they have chairs and cabanas set up all around it. We were surprised by how large of a hotel it was that we saw very few people. we did not feel overcrowded or overran by other guests at all. We rented a car and explored all over, which I recommend. Driving on the left side is not that hard to get A custom too. All of the beaches are public so you can go to any other hotel and look for a public access sign and explore them. We did this and enjoyed other beaches and snorkeling but agreed our hotel and beach was the nicest. They do have paddle boards and kayaks you can use here, although there are not many fish to see if you snorkel from the beach .The water is warm and calm and great to just float in or pull your chair up to the edge and be in the waves. Great sunsets from the beach! We did eat at the Deck 3 times , The food was very good and it is beachfront so you get a great view for your lunch. In the evening they have fire pits and a lot of lounging areas you can sit and enjoy while having dinner or a drink.
We just spent 5 days at this amazing resort on this beautiful island. We came here 2 years ago and couldn't wait to come back and I feel like it got even better. When we checked in we were once again greeted with the cold towel and drink and they sit down with you to check you in. We were also given a welcome back. I've been to the Hyatt in Aruba twice and no one there cares if you've been there before or will ever come back. We were early so our room wasn't ready so they offer to give us an empty room to change in and keep our bags until our room was ready. I've never been offered that any where. We were fine changing in the bathroom and went to eat lunch and enjoy the beach for a few hours.Food is delicious! The Ahi tuna wrap is my favorite, but the island burger is also very good and you don't have that I just ate a burger feeling for 2 hours after. We had excellent breakfast in the Seven restaurant with omelettes and oatmeal and fruits etc. The last day we were asked if there was any occasion and it was a month before our anniversary, but Beatrice still prepared us a fruit plate with chocolate writing. Things like that are common here. Everyone works hard and people need to appreciate the amount of hours they work before giving a slow service review as I've seen by some of the few negative reviews. You are on a laid back island, so it's a good idea to lay back and enjoy the "slower" processes. Dinner on The Deck was great. Great breeze and great food. We actually took a cab to another hotel for a beach experience and I have no clue why when the deck is 200 feet from our room.Lila by the beach is like a celebrity. Always greets you in the morning and you couldn't tell if he was having a great day or a crappy one because he was always the same cheery person. You can read my full review of last time. The check in person, I forgot her name called us the couple who loves the ground floor. I don't need a view from my room when I can take a few steps and be on the beach. I'll take that over any high floor.Had a 4pm flight and we were allowed to checkout at 1pm. When we went to the front desk we were told by the girl, you could've stayed in your room until 2 if you wanted. That's a wow in my book. From check in to check out just a perfect time. Can't wait to go back. I have no desire to even attempt a different hotel there.
Ground floor room in Alya Building. Ocean front suite with a patio big enough to land a plane. 99% of guests are couples. But everyone treated us like royalty. We visited other resorts during our excursions and nothing holds a candle to this place. Everything is first class. Grocery store, car and scooter rentals five minute walk. Closest resort to Uptown shopping and dining. Expensive, but worth every dime. Will go back again in two years with daughters/spouses, son/girlfriend and hope I have a significant other by then.
I debated with myself which hotel to stay at in TCI. I'm glad I went with my gut. Seven stars was wonderful. Kitchen in our 1 bedroom overview suite was nicer than mine at home! Service was good but they need to up their game on the poolside service...it is a bit slow or non existent at times.
