Seven Stars Resort
- What's Included
My wife, Gloria, and I had a wonderful and very relaxing two weeks at the Seven Stars in the Turks and Caicos. Everything was first class and then some.Michael Hildebrant, and his very kind staff made our stay delightful. We had dinner almost every night on the deck, which he manages. The food was great! His kind attention to us was even greater.I would, and have, recommended this Resort to my friends.
This was my third visit to the Seven Stars Resort and Spa in three years and I am never disappointed with the service and accommodations at this special resort. My friend and I were very hesitant to go this year because of Hurricanes Irma and Marie and the damage that was done.We called the resort in advance and was assured by the front desk staff that they were up and running with only minor damage to landscaping. We had requested a specific building and room when we booked but unfortunately the room we received upon checkin was very disappointing and nothing like what we asked for. With the help of Ms Takisha Williams we were upgraded the next day to a beautiful suite. She really went out of her way to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the accommodations.Ms Williams is just one of the many wonderful employees at this gorgeous resort. Everyone from the front desk to restaurants to pool and beach (special shout out to Lela) to SPA personnel are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel special. The beach here is amazing, crystal clear blue water with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, never a hassle looking for that perfect spot on the beach.SEVEN restaurant is consistently good. Service and food was outstanding. No doubt I will return in 2018.
Seven Stars is a fabulous resort. Their staff is amazing. They get to know you by first name and get to know all the things you like. The best of all was finding Ritchie at the bar, Seven. He's a professional mixologist and makes the best drinks we've ever had, but most of all he's funny, smart and has become a friend we keep in touch with now! You must go to this resort and you have to go see Ritchie!!! He rocks!
This was our third trip to Turks and second time at Seven Stars. We love this hotel for multiple reasons. The staff is wonderful, the resort is Beautiful, the rooms are top notch, and the location is the best on the island. The resort was in great shape after the two hurricanes. The island was as well. Don't forget other areas were hit harder than this section so take a suite case like we did of items for those family's. All the resorts and restaurants should be open by now. You will see some tree damage and foliage as well as tarps on a few roofs but that's about the extent in this area. But go to the island to support them! The food was amazing as usual and Seven Stars is the resort in Turks to relax in paradise. Lila will take care of all your needs as you relax on the beach and get lost in the most beautiful ocean blue.
I visited this resort a few years ago and had to make my way back here. I had a very relaxing time here. The hospitality of all of the staff was EXCELLENT! They go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The resort is a short drive from the airport. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a cold towel. Check in was very fast and my suite was upgraded before my arrival. The resort was as I remembered it. Even after Hurricane Irma and Maria there wasn’t a huge impact on the resort only cosmetic things needed to be repaired. There weren’t many excursions to chose from due to recovery efforts from the recent storms. The 4hr Iguana Islands Catamaran Snorkel tour and the Catamaran Day Trip to the other Caicos Islands were available. The suite was very clean and the oceanfront view was amazing. The bottled water was complementary and welcomed. There is a mini fridge, cook top stove and dishes in the suite. The food in Seven Restaurant and the Deck was delicious. The breakfast buffet was complementary. I had a fresh omelette every morning. The hostesses Marley and Carolyn were very friendly and welcoming every morning and remembered us by name. There was a grocery store within walking distance for stocking the mini fridge and to cook if you want to since this is not an all inclusive resort. The beach was gorgeous as expected and pictured. It was a relaxing time out there. It is enough activity if you want to be on the water such as parasailing, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. The only missing element was the rental of jet skis. We took ProvConnection shared shuttle to the resort. They were friendly and timely.I will definitely return soon to this resort and I highly recommend Seven Stars.
