- What's Included
We spent in this hotel 4 days in January 2017, before we used to live in Tavistock Hotel nearby from the same Imperial Hotels chain. We like it: very clean, well designed, reasonably large rooms. The breakfast and cafeteria are especially nice, with a small backyard garden (in the summer). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location cannot be better, with British museum in 10 minutes of a walk.
room was small, outdated and cheaply furnishedHowever it was clean, comfortable, and quietthe reception area and restaurant and courtyard are beautifully decorated for a 3* hotel. The breakfast was more than adequate and all the staff were very niceas it is cheap and in a good location I would return but hope that rooms will be refurbished before then
I stayed for two nights when attending a conference in London. I think it would be difficult to find better priced accommodation in this part of London. It's probably not a place you want to choose if you plan on spending lots of time in the rooms, which are small, a little shabby, and have minimal amenities. Breakfast hot buffets are never the tastiest but there was a reasonable selection of other options (probably could do with more than one toaster though, there was a huge queue to use it!). For a business stay or if you just want a bed for the night, it's perfectly adequate. Staff were friendly and generally it was a pleasant stay.
My husband and I stayed with the Bedford Hotel London from the 14/12/2016 until 23/12/2016 whilst our daughter was in Hospital a few minutes away. Our room was very clean and tidy and had all the amenities required for our stay. We had booked on line so that money was saved. There was an excellent choice of breakfast with first class service. The staff at the Hotel were all very helpful and pleasant and were very understanding to our needs. Since we did not have an exact date of departure we were able to book our room on a daily basis which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay with this Hotel again and would not hesitate in recommending it to our family and friends. We are pleased we chose this Hotel for our stay in London.
I stayed with my husband and my 5 month old for a couple of nights. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating trying to find the best room to fit us with the baby. The reception and restaurant are nicely renovated. The rooms are nice but the bathrooms and the hallway need some renovations.
