Food gave me the unpleasant

I stayed here for one night the room was basic but clean however it had no air conditioning so I requested a fan and had to provide a £15 deposit I'm not sure why. The bed was uncomfortable and the tiles around the bath were sticking out and I scraped my leg getting out of the bath. Now to the food, I elected to eat in the restaurant in the hotel. This was a HUGE mistake. The young lady who served me was very difficult to understand when she did eventually get around to serving me. Then it took 4 attempts to get her to understand what a lime and soda was. The food: in a word Terrible: I ordered a salmon, beetroot and caper starter that looked like it had been thrown on the plate, it was nether hot or cold and was over seasoned with salt. For my main I ordered a burger that was OK but I have had better in pubs. About 30 mins after eating I had horrible sh1t5 followed by an uncomfortable nights sleep. I got a breakfast in the morning but I left most of it as this was also bad. In short stay somewhere else if coming to London.

Return visit to Bedford Hotel London

. After our stay in 2016 we decided to return to the Bedford Hotel with more friends. Another warm welcome from the reception Staff made us feel at home straight away. Our rooms overlooking the beautiful gardens were spotless. With a theatre booked we were able to enjoy a compliment ary dinner. Breakfast the next morning was brilliant with such a varied selection of hot dishes, a great full English ! We were looked after by great Staff to name a few Elisa , Martina and David who apologised for the short Bar opening hours which caused us to take our business elsewhere, pity as there were plenty of guests who also would have stayed longer given the opportunity. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay at the Bedford and will definitely be returning.

lovely hotel and clean and comfy rooms . Staff very friendly and welcoming Only little thing that was disappointing was the garden closing at 10pm? Was a warm summer evening and just wanted to relax outside in the lovely garden area. Real shame .Other than that one thing, very nice place to stay.

Not comfortable on a hot night!

This hotel is inexpensive for its location, which is why it had been booked for our course. The reception and restaurant have been renovated, but the mostly single upstairs rooms are as depressing as ever. The rooms are impossible to keep comfortable on a warm night, with no AC and no airflow. The road side rooms are very noisy and even the back is not quiet. The room was tiny and the bathroom minuscule. The best bit of the hotel is the new beer garden. Breakfast was desperately uninspired. Could do better.

A first for a this frequent visitor

I've stayed at the Bedford Hotel many, many times over the past three decades. There are still staff there that I remember from way back and who pretend to remember me! A lot of money has been spent refurbishing the place over recent months and it is looking more cheerful on the surface at least. This visit I was allocated a room on the first floor. Apart from a slight whiff of drains on first opening the door, you'd never have guessed it was the infamous Room 101.

Vacations packages include round-trip flights, accommodations, round-trip transfers (unless outlined below) to and from the hotel, and tourist cards (if required, unless outlined below).

If selecting an all-inclusive resort option, the package will also include the all-inclusive features as outlined by each resort.
