Just arrived and couldn't wait to post this review

What a wonderful place! Could not recommend this place more highly in terms of accommodation and service! Very clean, super comfortable and great amenities. The perfect end to our family European holiday!

Fantastic location

Our family of 4 stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, which was small but also clean, comfortable and very well equipped (including a washing machine). It was at the back of the building, so it was super quiet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great – a perfect base for our London stay. Museums, parks, shops, restaurants and Gloucester Road tube station are all short walks away. Hope one day we’ll be back.

Great Room in a Great Location

My friend and I shared a Studio Executive Suite, which was a nice sized room with twin beds (also available as a king), sofa, dining table with chairs, and a well equipped kitchenette. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located only a 5 minute walk from the Gloucester Road tube station, which serves the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines. There are several restaurants and sights within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Sights include the V&A Museum, the Natural History Museum, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace/Gardens. Harrods and other shopping is also nearby. We spent six nights at Fraser Suites, and it proved to meet all our needs extremely well. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, but having been a frequent visitor to London, we did not need concierge services. Vijay, who checked us in, was extremely helpful, but unfortunately our paths did not cross again.

Comfortable stay close to museums

We stayed in 2 different rooms in Fraser Suites Queens Gate. On our first stay was for 1 night, when we arrived at 10 AM we were initially given a room that was occupied. Then we were given another room G01 which was up a flight of narrow steps. The room had a lot of doors which were in a very awkward position and some of the lights did not work. The phone did not work, when you press reception or there’s no dial tone and no answer. We had to physically go downstairs to tell reception to set up a sofa bed in the bedroom in the lounge. Our next stay was for 3 nights, 5 days after our first stay, we arrived just before 3 and were told that our room, LG02, located on the lower ground floor was ready and the sofa bed made up for our son. When we got to the room, that wasn’t the case so we had to go up to reception to request the sofa bed be made. Our suitcases were brought to our room from their rather cluttered luggage room. Room LG02 looked like it needed some love and attention as the walls were quite scratched and stained.ProsConvenient location near the science and natural history museums and to Gloucester Road tube station and Waitrose for groceries.Nice Locitane toiletries. Washer and dryer in room is smaller and it takes a lot longer than the communal washer and dryer.Shared laundry has 2 washer and 2 dryer located on the lower ground floor.Heated towel rack and floor tiles.LG02 is quite open plan and slightly bigger than G01ConsG01 had a lot of doors that can be hazards at night when trying to go to the bathroom.LG02 needs a refurbish as there is significant scratches and stains on the walls.Lots of time wasted getting the clothes washing done. They charge 1 pound per suitcase per night if you wanted to store your suitcases there but forgot to charge it on our return to pick up the suitcases which was great.LG02 seems to be in an internet black spot with frequent disconnections and signal drop outs

Beautiful surroundings, very comfortable and clean apartment with good facilities. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was really great value, not to mention great quality! Location was brilliant, close to quality restaurants and some of London's best known attractions like Kensington Palace and Museum of Natural History. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Fraser Suites.
