Central, comfortable room, and a great breakfast

Stayed for one night to attend a function near by, check in smooth, the room though small was comfortable and the bathroom very adequate, if staying longer than a few days might want to have a larger room. Went to the bar for a drink before heading out, was a bit on the expensive side, could with a bit of tidying up, bits of rubbish, boxes etc. Breakfast the next morning was great, everything you could possibly want to eat, loved the churros and chocolate, coffee was Nespresso machine so was great, loved it for my short break.

Nice room

Nice rooms bed really comfortable but that's where it stops really noise from hospital sirens most of the night and day items went missing from suitcase no food avaliable at 22.00 from bar and drink unless you want gin are limited staff didn't seem to be trained to the best standard and had little knowledge of London or how to get somewhere the taxi driver will know was usually the answer top tip ask the security guy he has a good knowledge of London all in all it was a nice break but I'd go for a travel lodge next time

Terrible Customer Service

Stayed here for 6 nights, the hotel was ok but not exactly conveniently located, but that was not the main issue with this hotel. The customer service is absolutely terrible where nobody really cares about you when you needed any help. Nobody picks up the phone at reception when you call. I tried to ask them to help me book a taxi for an important event I have to attend, requesting the taxi to be here at a specific time, and the staff at the reception refused to help me call the cab, saying that the taxi will DEFINITELY arrive on time if you call 5 minutes earlier (this is completely not true as I have tried staying here on a previous trip and the taxi never came - I had to go out onto Waterloo road and catch a taxi myself). So in general, I really do not recommend here. Another note on the service - their efficiency is really slow (especially check in). Think twice before booking.

great stay

Really enjoyed my two day stay here. A Well located Hotel in an attractive building near Waterloo Station. Bed was very comfortable with a great view looking north and west. Breakfast was superb and the general feel of the place felt professional clean and modern. Bedroom was a bit on the small side as was the bathroom, the tea and coffee facilities could of been better , lighting in bedroom too ambient not enough light. Overall though these are are fairly minor issues I had with my stay.

This hotel is clean and we appreciate all the toiletries. There was like 10 pieces in the bathroom - they thought of everything which is great for overseas travelers like us. One of the double-decker tour bus stops is one block away. The Waterloo station is about 3 blocks. The London Eye, Big Ben, Parliment, etc. are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is unbelievably good and comprehensive. In the US, we stay in 4 and 5-star hotels and the H10 breakfast buffet (came with the room price) was the freshest, best prepared and most variety of any buffet we have eaten at. We would stay there again if we go back to London. The staff was nice; they held our luggage when we arrived at 8am (3:00 pm check-in) from a red eye flight. We walked over to the Waterloo for breakfast, came back at 10am and they had a room for us. One of the front desk agent walked with us to the back door, pointed us to the direction to the London Eye area. We had a Uber disaster and the front desk agent called a London black cab for us.
