We checked in on a Friday and were in a 5th floor room overlooking Harbor Drive. Strangely, for a Hilton, we could hear road noise. Not just a little - a lot. The first night we were here we heard a lot of vehicle noise. The second night we got the vehicle noise all night and then in the morning there was a marathon passing by. The local cheerleaders were stationed in front of the hotel and they gave us a 5:30AM wake up call. The hotel should really upgrade the windows so that the rooms overlooking the busy roadway are more soundproof. The morning $12.95 breakfast food is of ok quality. There isn't enough seating for the large hotel and there were only two servers. Those guys were running to keep up with the volume of guests. The hotel is clean and modern. We had a microwave and Keurig in the room. The beds are comfortable and staff is kind and friendly. If I were to book here I would make sure that my room is on the back side of the hotel. I think this would have raised their star level on this review and would have made for a much more enjoyable stay for us.
We spent 4 nights here while visiting Disneyland in December. We decided to come back because our first stay was so good. I still find the rooms to be very clean and comfortable. For a family of 4, we had plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. The staff is still very friendly and always willing to help. The only complaint that I have is the parking. The parking is always very full and it is hard to find a spot to park when coming back from the parks. It seems the lot for the Garden Inn is the smallest between the 3 hotels that share the area. Not sure there is anything the hotel can do about that, but just be aware if you have a vehicle while traveling.
Took my daughter to Disneyland and stayed here. Was really clean considering there was construction. Staff was very friendly! Has pool and full breakfast. About twenty minutes from beach and twenty from Disneyland.
We travel for the holidays to see our family. We always have to stay in a hotel. The people in the hotel were very friendly. It is nice to have friendly people around when you are staying in a hotel during the holidays. We stayed for 4 nights and the staff was always kind and helpful. We will return to this hotel because of the wonderful staff.
Good hotel close to Disneyland. Rooms are a fair size with TV, Microwave, Refrigerator and coffee maker. Only drawback is the bathroom fan that runs loudly all day and night (there's no way to shut it off). Also food at the restaurant which is a combination of buffet and table service. Our bacon was over cooked and cold. The location is on Harbour about a 10 minute drive from Disneyland.
