Sheraton Princess Kaiulani
- What's Included
I have been staying here for years and you can’t find better bang for your buck in my opinion. The hotel has been tastefully updated since my last visit. The location is perfect - you have the beach right across the street and you’re right in the heart of the best shopping and restaurants. The staff make you feel like family and this is the main reason we keep coming back!Mahalo for another amazing stay PK! Looking forward to the next visit already.
We stayed 5 nights at the Princess Kailuani and we loved it. Are the rooms a little old.... yes but I loved being in the heart of things. A quick stroll to the beach, shops, transport. Everything at your doorstep. We had a room overlooking the pool and at night we would sit out on the balcony and listen to the music from down stairs. We ate in the hotel on two separate occasions.... wow the serving sizes were really big so beware but the food tasted great. The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. The pool was spectacular with its changing colors at night.I think it cost us just over $300 a night but for where it was... it was worth every penny. If you want something really fancy, then maybe this place isn't for you. It suited our needs down to the ground.Oh and don't forget about resort tax if you're working on a budget. You'll have to check how much this is with the hotel or travel agent and its payable at the end of your stay. I allows you to have free internet access and national and international phone calls up to an hour a day. There were a couple of other things included as well. There are two sections to the motel. One with about 6 floors and the other around 20 floors. We had no trouble in getting a lift when leaving on the 6 floors but there were many people booking out on the same day, all staying in the 20 floor section as they were all joining a cruise back to Australia. Our friends were staying in the 20 floor section and couldn't get a lift down. They were jam packed for quite a long time as people were checking out.
Stayed here for the second time. Wasn't disappointed. Rooms are comfy and clean beds really good. Service good. Staff very helpful. Large pool. Great bar that you can get food as well. Close to beach. About in the middle of everything right next door to the new international market place which is awesome. It does have a resort fee daily as most do. But I like this for location for me
Aloha!! i was very lucky to stay at this hotel!! i was there two times for a medical procedure and was greatful to get the same awesome room!! the view was perfect..the staff..especially the front desk was amazing..i highly recommend this hotel..the location is perfect as well..near eveything you want to go to..will be there again!!!
Just had a great 10 days at this hotel. Checked in at 8.00am, room wasn't ready but we were given a room to freshen up in and take a rest. We were very grateful for this as we had flown through the night. In less than 2 hours our room was ready. Great service. As it had been my birthday, a basket of fruit, nuts and drinks with a hand written card was delivered to our room. Nice touch. Stayed in the tower on 9th floor. Room and bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Room service was excellent and any guest services requested were delivered within 5 minutes. The view from our room was amazing, looking out to Waikiki Beach and down to the pool. It was great having towels and deck chairs for the beach. We looked forward every day to the fruit and water that was offered to us on the beach by the hotel staff. The hotel is so central to everything. We ate at the Splash Bar regularly at night. Meals were really nice and well priced. Staff were friendly, particularly Leilani. We booked all our tours from the tour desk. Good service. We loved the history of the hotel. Good nightly music, however the music at 6.00am every morning through the speakers was fairly loud. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
