Lovely views but so noisy it becomes very stressful. Cars, buses, sirens, voices, doors, yelling all night. After no sleep for two nights we left even though we had paid for 6 nights. The property needs to work on noise reduction.
Con: Noisy, noisy, noisy! Expected because it's near the beach, street, and Army museum park, but I'm talking about 2 people staying a week next to a room with 12 plus people. Maximum occupancy is 6. Reported this 2 nights in a row. No one cared. Front desk didn't answer the phone, and security made excuse after excuse. Do not expect any help or sleep. If you do book here (I highly discourage this), ask if your room is next to a 12 plus occupancy room. Pro:
I stayed in unit 204 for a week from April 30-May7. The location is excellent. Beach front building and our unit was 2 from the front. The view is better than the photos. I made sure that we got the exact unit that was in our photos for this place. Unit 204 is in great location. It was clean, large, had a full kitchen, fully stocked with cookware, beach towels, bath towels, in unit washer and dryer, etc! The sofa bed in living room wa surprisingly comfortable and the bedroom had very comfortable King size bed. The price was very good for the size and location. I would definitely stay here again!
We loved the views from 1306. Wow!! From the kitchen window Diamond looms beautifully. Gorgeous View. From the lanai looking NNW is awesome. Fantastic view of the fireworks. We were greatly surprised to see fireworksOur first night, Saturday, Friday night is want was advertised. Such great views from both sides of this condo. It's really nicely furnished. Suppose to be a one bedroom but there's just a sliding partition if you want to mostly close it off. Very roomy and comfortable. Loved the decor.....Things I would change if I could. A new Keurig would be fantastic. I was able to use my own coffee I. M'aui at the Mahana which was great. Very lacking in wine glasses and No cork screw. Small table and a chaise lounger or two on the lanai. Trash the bar table.Use Mālie bath products. Whatever they leave you is awful stuff.Know they have no pool access. Only Outrigger, Not Castle guest can use the pool next door. LAME...Glad we came for a time just too long. Honolulu is way too busy of a place. The beach is not good. Way too crowded. It's only early May😳😜😖
My husband, two teenagers and I stayed in #918 Waikiki Shore for 4 nights in March 2017. This condo was very nicely furnished, with great views and gave us lots of space. It is nice to be able to walk to restaurants, the beach, the shops etc. I'm not usually keen on staying in cities on my holidays, but this was a great combination of relaxation and things to do for the teens. I'm particularly sensitive to noise, but this condo was very quiet, even though it is right in the heart of Waikiki.
