Great value ~ Great location

Hotels Tonight offered a great rate ~ you never know what you’ll get but this was a jewel. We even got an upgrade to a two bedroom suite. It was very clean and quiet. We had quite the setup with a kitchenette, living room space and two bedrooms. The parking lot was not lit up well when we got there in the evening but we felt safe. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Service, Good Location, Decent Accomodations

All the staff at the front desk were very helpful. Especially the women from Venezuela (we checked in at 8PM on 1/11) whose name I did not get and Pablo. The hotel is located very close to the parks, Disney Springs and shopping. The rooms and hotel in general are outdated and drab. This gives the hotel room the appearance of being dirty which it is not. With that being said from someone who travels a lot, this hotel is what you would expect for the price paid. I keep seeing people who have issues with the shower. I loved it.

Check-In Nightmare but Otherwise Stay Was Good

We arrived at 3pm and were told check-in wasn't till 4:00. Told to come back at 3:30 at which time there was a line. 15 minutes later it was my turn. I asked if there was a room near one of the heated pools. This set off a 45 minute check in while she kept calling housekeeping to see if she could find us a room. She kept leaving the desk and going into the back room and finally said the inspector checked out a room that was a little closer, but still in a different building. At that point I was ready to take anything. We hauled our luggage to the 2nd floor (no elevator) only to discover that someone else's luggage was in that room. I went back and asked if their "inspector was blind" and kinda lost it in front of everyone. She ran to the back room for 15 minutes and came back with a room that was an upgrade that "we would be very happy with"-it was by a heated pool too. Upon entering the room I could see that it was much nicer than the previous room. It had ceramic tile floors and the bathroom and kitchenette had been remodeled. We found a few issues and sent a text like our paperwork said and they came and fixed the problems a few hours later. The room was clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. The appliances and utensils were nice to have available including a toaster. 2 flat screen TV's come in handy with kids and adults as well as a place to do laundry. We also used the safe provided and the internet. The new shower head was weird. It sprays streams of mist out of a circle about 8" wide. We didn't care much for that. We had a couple of days of 70+ degree weather and attempted to use the "heated" pool. It was ice cold. :( We love the location next to Old Town but they have updated their amusement park area and it is so loud even 2-3 bldgs. away. We have stayed here before for the budget rates so we don't expect perfection. The fact that the rooms are clean and they are willing to work on any issues is a big plus. It was a pleasant stay after the check in problems.

Disapointing specially the shower.

I booked this hotel from a CVC site. We read many reviews and were a bit scared with that. When we got to the hotel our expectation were soon confirmed. The room smelled really bad and the shower, oh don´t let me start on the shower. They have something called MIST and this is exactly what it is.There is no water coming out of this shower, just a mist and since we stayed there during a cold period our showers became nightmares. Cold mist instead of hot water, it took almost 20 minutes to take the shampoo out of my friend´s hair. The positive point of the hotel was the staff, friendly and helpful people.
