Really enjoyed our stay!

What a deal! We opted for breakfast included and it was great! Our grandkids loved it too. The heated pool and movie were wonderful after the long days at the park. The spa by our room was perfect. The staff were great, super friendly and so helpful. Sharon at the front was smiling and we could tell she loved her job!!!!!! We will stay here again!! If you don't want to spend a bunch of money but want the best customer service, clean room, great location, great breakfast stay here. We lived it.

Had to evacuate for Matthew and was lucky to find this hotel on the internet

I was desperate to find a hotel for my two dogs and two cats. I usually stay in Disney but found out they do not take animals. I was very lucky to find this hotel. The staff were friendly. The manager Sharon even stayed all night the night of the hurricane. Housekeeping was pleasant and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was a restaurant with a bar which was great as all the restaurants in the area were closed. There was a covered pool so even in the rain we could swim. There was a really nice nature trail in the back that had white sandy beach and a great place to walk the pups. The parking lot was well lit so I could walk the dogs when it was dark and feel safe.

Birthday Getaway

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Looks like any other quick stay hotel. But was shocked to find all the amenities it had to offer. Plus the room was spacious and updated. If I had to point out any one thing, it would be the AC. Never could quite figure it out but it worked so can't really complain. Definitely would stay there again, as well as recommend it.

Had to evacuate for Matthew and needed pet friendly place

We needed somewhere to go that was pet friendly and we had 5 critters (2 small dogs, 2 cats and a bearded ) - not an easy task. After explaining to the Front Desk Manager the need to evacuate and about having 5 pets, we were able to get the room. When we checked in and got to our room, we were met with the welcome sight of tile floors, no carpet. Loved it! The staff, all of them, were swamped with people checking in, requesting extra linens, you name it. The staff remained calm, and were friendly and thanking people for their patience. The restaurant was closed but the bar/lounge was serving food. The bartender was doing double duty taking food orders from the restaurant side and waiting on people at the bar. Another fellow was bussing tables and taking orders also.The next morning was very busy for breakfast and it seemed that whoever could get in was working. One fellow was busy bussing tables, answering questions of guests. We found out that evening that the man was Mr. Dalton Cunningham, the General Manager of the hotel! I have worked in a hotel and a lot of General Managers can't seen to find their way out of their office until quiting time. Kudos to you Mr. Cunningham!!The staff were great, if a staff member walked by you, everyone that I passed, said Good Morning or Afternoon and went out of their way to assist you.I highly recommend this hotel, they made a very stressful time for us, a little easier to bear. We definitely plan to return there, minus the Hurricane, and without all the critters, to relax and enjoy the hotel's amenities.To all the staff and Mr. Cunningham, thank you!!

Clean nice room

The resort is nice for the price. We had a great experience at check in. The room was simple and clean. They were equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave. Housekeeping kept our room nice and clean during our stay. We will be back.
