A great Kissimmee hotel with spacious accommodations, great amenities and an excellent location just two short miles from Walt Disney World theme parks and next door to Old Town family entertainment complex.

Very good hotel

Very good simple hotel with free parking and internet, close to theme parks, specially to Disney parks. Simple breakfast, but good. There are fruits, but no vegetables. Two kind of eggs every day. If you want to change towels every day you need to ask on front desk. If not, they will be changed once in 3 days. There is outside water pool and Jacuzzi. You can take free towels at the pool and chairs. There are vending machines on each floor.

A pleasant Stay

This is the second time we've stayed here for visiting the Orlando area. To me, that's a positive straight away. Any hotel you go back to, can't be bad! The rooms are a very good size and the bed are extremely comfortable. The beds are on the firm side, but I much prefer this over a soft bed. The location is fantastic. It's about a 10 minute drive from Disney Springs and the majority of the parks are within a 15 / 20 minute drive. Universal and Sea World are a little further at 20 minutes or so. This position is perfect in my opinion. The staff were friendly on arrival and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that there is someone trying to push time shares and offering you $100 to visit another hotel. As long as you're firm, there's no problem. We find out time in Orlando is already jamb packed and we already had a full itinerary. For me, the only negative really is around breakfast. Firstly - this is a breakfast included with the price (most places don't offer this). That's a positive. The negative is about how busy it gets. If you come down much later than 8am, you tend not to have anywhere to sit to eat your breakfast. We often saw people sat in the lobby eating breakfast on the sofa or people taking food in the elevator to their rooms. We chose on a number of days to eat breakfast out to avoid the crowded breakfast area. However, as noted, it is free. If you don't like it, go elsewhere! There was a safe in the room, but you need to get a lock and key from reception. We paid about $34 for 2 weeks. You'd have thought this may be included with the room. However, it's not a deal breaker. In the grand scheme of things, this is pretty cheap. The internet has got a lot better since last time we visited. This too is a complimentary service.Maid service came every day. Towels changed every 3 days. I'm not sure if they did change the bed sheets during our stay, but it was adequate for our needs. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. For its location and comfort of room relative to the price you pay to stay here - certainly worth considering. I wouldn't be put off at all staying here again. A very nice and fairly low priced hotel of which you should consider.

Simply the best

I have been coming to Kissimmee for a good few years now and unfortunately this was my last visit This being due to the fact that I am getting on in years. I certainly couldn't have picked a better hotel to stay in. You just cannot fault the hotel or the staff. From the cleaners all the way up to the manager they were all great The only problem I had was with the quests staying there. The hotel is good enough to supply breakfast (which is top class especially the sausages) but it is abused by the quests. The amount of people filling there bags and rucksacs with fruit yoghurt and anything else they could plunder was disgusting to say the least. I saw one woman lifting large handfuls of plastic knives forks and spoons and putting them in her handbag. Was she that poor she couldn't go to Walmart and buy them?Anyway after my moan I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the hotel for a great stay THANK YOU.

Fab 3* hotel for Disney visit (noisy aircon)

So we stayed here from 19th Sep till 4th October for a two week holiday from the uk. There was me my husband and my 8 year old son.We chose this hotel because although we were doing Disney we also drive up to North Carolina for 4 nights visiting family so didn't want to stay on Disney. The hotel is very clean, good location, staff super friendly. The room we had had two big beds and a sofa with a small table and chairs and kitchen area. There was no freezer in the fridge but the top but managed to freeze our bottles of water for the parks (which was amazing) The room was cleaned every day unless we were sleeping in then the lovely maids would knock and ask if we wanted any clean towels etc... they were lovely so friendly. We stayed on the 4th floor over looking the fun spot. The beds were comfy and the room was modern, the bathroom was clean and big and although our toilet was a bit iffy when flushing. The pool and hot tub were big, we only used it once. Towels were available outside for the pool. The bar was by the pool although I did see people with their own alcohol in a cooler box round the pool, I wasn't sure if this was ok to do so we didn't bother. We didn't order food from the hotel as we heard someone commenting it wasn't worth the money, there were plenty of places in walking distance to get a burger. You can buy Disney tickets from the hotel but we had already bought a 14 day pass but the staff were still super helpful. The Disney shuttle was good although there were times we knew we wouldn't last till 8pm at night and drove and paid $20 parking. That was until the second to last day when I heard there was a bus for $2.The lynx bus goes from magic kingdom and Epcot (we only got one from MK) to right outside old town which you can just walk through to the hotel. It runs all day and was $2 each and $1 for my son. It was actually a lot quicker than the shuttle and is available all day. I wish someone would have told us about the bus, we did ask and it was brushed over which made me think the hotel get money from the more people that use the shuttle.Old Town..... so we didn't really know much about the location of the hotel or old town and fun spot. Well it was fab it was amazing to just have something other to do that Disney parks. The shops were great, the karaoke was great the bars were great. Honestly we loved old town. There is something on every night and you can watch the crazy people on the sling shot and other awful rides I would never do.The other thing I need to mention is breakfast; so the breakfast as it turns out is a standard American breakfast..... who knew biscuits were like scones. We always found something to eat, quite often there were no tables so we filled our plates and took them back to the room. We did take yoghurts and fruit yo to our room for snacks when we were in which everyone seemed to do.The Mickey Mouse chocolate chip waffles were a hit for my son, although he never managed to eat a full one.all in all, would we stay at this hotel again... yesFor a three star hotel I would give it 5 stars. They're doing a fab job.If you have a car there's a Walmart and publix close by so we stocked up on bread etc and got plates and cutlery from breakfast to keep in the room

Absolutely wonderful experience

All around great service. The suite was amazing. Very clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. From the continental breakfast in the morning to start the day, so much selection it was great, then taking the free shuttles to the Disney Theme Parks, Typhoon Lagoon, Sea World and Universal Studios. The drivers were very helpful and polite. Thank you to them. The shuttle service was Discover USA Tours. The staff at Comfort Suites were very helpful and friendly. Also available in the lobby you could purchase tickets to the parks. Laundry service was available on each floor. Comfort Suites is very close to Old Town Amusement Center as well as a variety of restaurants. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
