nice clean inexpensive motel. Close to Orlando. Had a nice stay there. Breakfast is plenty and good. Would go there again. Stayed only one night but we had fun and the check in staff as well the breakfast staff was nice and helpfull.
Very comfortable room. Quiet on the third floor. Nice that breakfast is included. Lots of surrounding restaurants. Free shuttle to theme parks. The price is great. Looking for the same chain in other cities we will be staying in.
My stay was great. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only problem I had was with my room key. I guess there was something wrong with it. Every day when I left and came back, I would have to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. It was not a problem for them to fix, just a little inconventient to me. I would not recommend taking the free shuttle to SeaWorld. I decided to try to save on parking by taking the shuttle. You had to meet them in the lobby at 7:00 a.m. and I did not know the park did not open until 9:00. So I had to wait 1.5+ hours for them to open and the shuttle picked me up at 7:00 and the park closed at 6:00. 2.5+ hours in 90 degree weather was not worth a free ride!! And the hotel switched their breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., so I didn't get any breakfast that morning.....
This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place an inexpensive place close to Disney. The staff is friendly and great. Breakfast is included so you can save more to that you'll spend at Disney. I stay with friends and we really enjoyed the hotel. The newly renovated rooms suited us very well. Great hotel!
How on earth is this hotel so well rated?? I had such a bad experience here. I wanted to bring my mom to Disney for Mother's Day and after driving up all day we arrive to a massive queue in the lobby. Clearly something is going on. We wait our turn and when we tell the receptionist, Maritza, that we made a reservation through booking.com she rolls her eyes at us. Apparently there was a system error where the hotel didn't receive any of the reservations people had made through booking.com. That explained all the people looking frustrated and being unable to check in. When Maritza informed us that she could not find our reservation in her system, we showed her our confirmation email which contained all the information necessary to create a booking. We tried to help her and readily provided her with any information she might need but she simply could not solve our problem. There were tons of miscommunications, she was completely lost but for some reason refused to call for help. She informed us that the best chance we'd have at checking in would be if we called booking.com and asked them to forward her the booking. I thought, ok seems like this should be your job but I'll do it. 10 minutes on hold later and the operator asks to speak to the receptionist. She immediately says "I've been having this problem all day, please help. Can you just fax me all the remaining reservations?" ???? If you have been having this problem all day why did you not contact booking.com yourself to solve it? Why am I, a guest here, having to call them so that you can solve your technical issues with them?? This has nothing to do with me. The operator then informed me that they would be faxing over my reservation. We wait 20 more minutes and it never arrives. Maritza is idling at the desk and when I come up to check on it she tells me I should have stayed on the line with them until the fax arrived as if this whole situation was somehow my fault. Ok so I call them again, wait on hold again, finally speak to an operator who again immediately asks to speak to the receptionist because this issue has nothing to do with me and again, immediately the receptionist starts trying to solve the problems she's had with other guests on the call that I placed. I reminded her that we have been waiting for an hour and could she please just focus on checking us in. She finally figured it out, with a bit of an attitude, while the phone operator guided her step by step. A sign on the wall behind the reception said Manager on Duty: Erica Rivera. I'm not sure where this manager was but she was badly needed in that lobby because the receptionist had absolutely zero problem solving skills. We finally walk to our hotel room and are greeted by our neighbors sitting on the sidewalk smoking weed so probably not a great place to bring your kids either!
