The room was pretty clean. Like the refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Room was in the back so was quiet. the only issue I had was the dead bolt lock was frozen, could not lock that one at all. Did not use the pool
Stayed at this hotel two nights separated by a week and was really disappointed with what I got. The first night was ok too bad, but the second night was terrible. Room was stinking, my foot got black just by walking on the carpet, all doors in room were broken and even though I made both reservations, on the second night they decided to charge more without even telling me. Got to the room, after checking in to find out they don´t do the beds, simply gives you the lining. Will never stay there again and don´t reccommend.
i enjoyed for the most part, my stay at this hotel. the room was very clean and well maintained and the pools were very clean. the check in was way too slow, though the check out was very quick. staff was very kind and caring, especially the managers chris and greg. the email computer in lobby was not working well at all and some of the staff tried to get it to work. the pizza in the little food courtyard in hotel lobby was one of the best i have ever eaten, better than these pizza chains around the area.
My family stayed at the Seralago for two nights because we found a great deal. No deal was worth the sleep deprivation we faced due to the horrendous beds in the room. The pool was funky and made our skin super dry, although having the hot tub was nice because it was rather chilly when we swam. The first visit we made to the pool, there were just three pool towels left for use. The last visit to the pool, there were NO pool towels available. The so-called bakery advertised on the website had my kids calling it a "bakery," complete with air quotes. Their products were shrink-wrapped pastries, many of which you can find fresher varieties of at a gas station. We wanted to take a shuttle to Sea World, but there is only one time offered both to leave the hotel and to return. So we did not utilize this feature of the hotel. My kids generally think ANY hotel or motel EVER is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Even they were disappointed by the Seralago. There really is no good reason to stay at this hotel, unless you enjoy sleeping on a mattress you fear rolling off of because it slopes so badly. Choose a slightly more expensive place and earn back the difference in a free breakfast...which this hotel does not provide...except to kids 10 and under WITH THE PURCHASE of an adult meal.
This trip was suppose to be a vacation but it turned into an evacuation form hurricane Matt. The staff was great. They kept the cafe open late and Denice in the cafe and resturant did an excilent job Keeping the cafe open late since every thing was closed outside. Ian in the bar is also excelent . The only drawback was the resturant opened on friday night for dinner but there was no notice of it in the common areas
