EVERYONE That We Came Into Contact With That Worked For This AWESOME Hotel, Were SUPER Friendly & Helpful!!! VERY CLEAN ROOMS!!! We brought our furry babies with us & there was a very nice dog garden, plus my babies came into the arcade with me. The pool was perfect, clean, & plenty of towels. The Food Was SOOOOO YUMMY!!! It was next to I-4, but the rooms are super quiet. We WILL Return & Will Bring More Family With Us :). Within walking distance to PLENTY of shops & restaurants. Wonderful Location
We were a little concerned given the mixed reviews for this hotel but we needn't have worried. Our room was very clean and comfortable - beds were good and plenty of towels available. We contacted the hotel prior to our arrival and requested a quiet room so we were allocated a room in the fourth floor facing the car park, which was perfect. The air con was a little on the noisy side but we soon got used to it and it didn't keep us awake at all.We were there during Hurricane Irma and the hotel were absolutely fantastic, keeping us informed on what to do (shame the same can't be said for Thomson!) and making contingency plans to ensure they were fully operational - no loss of power and plenty of food for everyone when we were on curfew. We were really impressed by the Rosen group of hotels , who offered rooms to those evacuating southern Florida without profiteering and taking advantage by upping their rates. Says a lot.All the staff we encountered were pleasant, friendly and welcoming - especially Jill in the restaurant who is a credit to the hotel. We had breakfast included in our deal which, although became a bit repetitive by the end of the second week, was decent enough and kept us full for the day. The only thing we would say to be wary of is the ticket desk in the lobby. We popped by to ask about their price for a two day Disney ticket and, after a conflab between the desk attendants in Spanish, were immediately passed to the rep from Sheraton offering a good deal if we had 90 minutes to spare to visit their "holiday club". Politely, but firmly, advised that we were not interested in time share presentations so we walked away and purchased tickets at the gate instead. This hotel is by no means a five star but it doesn't claim to be. Excellent value for money, in a great location for both Disney and Universal, and would absolutely stay again.
Stayed here in April 2012, Nov 2013 and May 2017 and each time been extremely happy. If you opt for a car park side room and high up you get great views of fireworks and can see Epcot. Very close to lots of restaurants and the Lynx public buses are very useful for Disney Springs and the Magic Kingdom. Staff very helpful, coffee machine replenished daily, free safe. Didn't use the pool. Free shuttles to parks not very convenient times but better than nothing, mainly used Lynx. If you want a return shuttle get there early as there's no grace period. Free wifi very good. Lots of parking. My only gripe is the buffet breakfast is not good, cold and tasteless. Will definitely stay here again!!!
Nice clean room with comfortable beds. I was given a pool room view on the fourth floor,if you're a light sleeper I would ask for the side away from the freeway. This is a large resort and they do have several dining options along with a small store. Front desk personality and friendliness could improve they do not make you feel welcome and had no smiles or personality.
The hotel was pretty good, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel didn't charge us for the pet fee because we were scaping the hurricane, which I felt was a pretty humane thing to do, I felt cared for. Thank you for our stay!
